As long as the Chinese Zodiac is unaffected, I'll still be able to accurately judge people based on when they were born, so please indicate in comments your (new) sign and birth year animal, so we'll be able to know where you're coming from.
I'm pretty sure this isn't a new article. After all, we've known Faraday's law since 1831 - the electromotive force is equal to the negative time derivative of the magnetic flux through an area.
What? Read TFS? What kind of time do you think I have?
Consider the three diagrams. They represent three situations in which 100 kg of green plants serve as the original source of food for each of the food chains. In situation II, for example, cattle eat 100 kg of green plants and then people eat the beef that is produced by the cattle as a result of having eaten the plants. In which of the three situations is the most energy available to people? (A) I (shows food chain with green plants, insects, fish, people) (B) II (shows food chain with green plants, cattle, people) (C) III (shows food chain with green plants and people) (D) Situations I and II will roughly tie for the most energy. (E) The same amount of energy will be available to people in all three situations.
I, personally, am unable to eat grass. So the amount of energy available to me in situation C could very well be zero (or slightly negative, if I were fool enough to try to eat and digest it).
Now, it's possible that the "sample questions" they give are of a lower quality than the ones they actually used. But I don't see any particular evidence for that.
Also, given how fast the water cycle churns, if you look back far enough you can say "all of the above". You could also say that at one point some of the hydrogen in chlorophyll was pissed out by Elvis, and have pretty good odds of being correct.
Didn't Stephen King mention this as a way to learn murder techniques?
"Hey, I'm writing a novel, and I'm curious about how you'd most easily completely conceal and bury a... spaceship. A spaceship the exact shape and size of a Ford Explorer."
Mimmoth infestations, on the other hand, are all-but-impossible to eradicate.

Serpentarius and Cat, of course.
Welcome to Corneria.
Why don't the manufactures buy them wholesale from Sony and sell them back to Sony?
It seems like an obvious way to make money.
* I hate that myth. Every time I hear it from someone, I want to say, "Well, maybe you're not using that 90%, but I sure as shit am."
I'm curious. What medications did your physician prescribe for your epilepsy?
Maybe if we put back the concept of "Cheat or lie (as an adult) once, career suicide for good", we could eliminate this crap.
Or more likely, we'd end up with a ton of people being framed for it, and the weasels getting to the top more quickly.
Time for people to start investing in vinegar and baking soda, since the demand is going to skyrocket in the next couple of days.
So a Tool-Assisted run may be necessary?

Well, you know philosophers. They just warship knowledge.
Old Sufi tales included werewolves?
Colour me skeptical.
It's amazing how much you can get if you steal constantly.
For example, Salim Kara made several million dollars stealing coins from light rail boxes

There's been quite a bit of controversy about how much of what Koko supposedly signed was just made up.
Among other things, Patterson told female workers that they had to "tits or gtfo" because the gorilla was signing for it.
What other game can you play as a real monster (4 legged warg, 6 legged spider, etc) against other people?
Minions of Mirth. So-so as a MMO, but there's free play for a limited levelcap, and a one-time fee for the full game.

Yeah, but if you have a plant that's 90% water by mass, who cares where the carbon in the non-water portion comes from?
Actually, I think that the assertion that most of a plant's mass comes from the soil is correct.
The majority of plant species are mostly water by mass, and water enters a plant primarily through the roots.
Rights of the states to do what?
Try a diff of the Confederacy's constitution compared to the Union's.
There are only two differences of note
1) Six year term for the president
2) Slavery

They just installed AOL on the servers. Eternal September, man.
Well, I've heard of people being able to determine the content of a wav file by just looking at the raw data, so...

We'll just let winter roll in and render the problem academic.
So, what's your stance on the US Super Mario Bros. 2?
That said, the guidelines are so vague that they boil down to "don't suck"
