    Office isn't such a big issue. Other programs are more impoportant. My Palm is almost useles without windows, I can't use ma Polar software without windows. And most of the people (I donn't) like to play games. Games on linux suck.

    "but artificial sweeteners are better for your health than sugar" ... This is only partially true. Sugar makes you sick if you are a fat and lasy chick/nerd ... If you run every day, get laid regulary, and have something nice to do in your life, then you can eat sugar and all other natural things (not in big exces) and you won't get sick.

    How smart of Dell, who will buy Ubuntu computer when he can for the same price have Vista license? You get all the dll files you might need for Wine, W32codecs, etc and can install Ubuntu by yourself since Dell doesn't modify Ubuntu install in any way AFAIK.

    This was my first thought too. You can then sell this Vista licence and you profit even more. Installation of Ubuntu takes an hour or two and that's it.

    I don't think they will sell manage to sell many of them that way. I like the professional Dell Linux support pages ... that is nice. All in one place.

    When you feel that organisation that you are part of, is making bad thing, then it is the time to leave.

    But first, you have to say it loud. When they don't care, you shoul leave and found (or join) a new organisation. You can not afford yourself to stay with dickheads. You will become one of them. That is the best way to defend what you think.

    And when your grandson asks you:"Where you on an event, when the thing started to run downhill ?", you can say:"I tried to change it and then I left. No I wasn't with them anymore, when they started to mess with dickheads."

    Are they joking ? "electronic monitoring" and "citizen rights" have nothing to do with open source on LinuxTag ??? Are they going nuts ?
