  1. I built a full HTPC. on What's the Best Way To Get Web Content To My TV? · · Score: 1

Recently I finished my basement and so here is my setup. I originally had the PC in one of those small HTPC cases but it would not hold the new Radeon 5770 I bought so I could also use this computer to game on.

    Here is a picture: http://picasaweb.google.com/xoltri/BasementReno#5449208554917435106

I don't have an entertainment unit yet to put the PC in. But it is completely silent and obviously it does everything. And playing Modern Warfare 2 on a 52" TV at 1920x1080 with ultra settings blew my mind.

For my other TV upstairs I will probably just get one of those small boxes that connects to the TV and stream stuff off of my NAS. Dlink is coming out with one that looks interesting: http://www.dlink.com/boxeebox

Unless you refill your inkjets. My Canon uses the CLI-8 cartridges which are see through so they are easy to refill. They do have the chip in them that monitors the ink level, but you can bypass the low ink warnings. I have refilled them about 20 times with ink from eBay and they are still going strong. I've calculated my cost per 4x6 borderless print and it's about 6 cents (CDN), mainly because the ink is essentially free. Cheapest I can get from Costco is 15 cents per print.

When I buy a printer I first make sure I can easily refill the ink cartridges.

I disagree with this theory because if it were true than none of your injuries would heal, not just spinal injuries. The body is capable of repairing major damage, broken bones etc, even the brain is capable of routing around damages to some extent. I'm certain there is something specific about the way the nervous system works that has the unfortunate side effect of limiting repairs, not the fact that it is an 'evolutionary advantage' to the herd.

Not only this, but if you look at it from a cost to the heard perspective, if the heard spent all the time and energy caring for the member when it was a child, and it gets a minor injury as an adult, it may make more sense for them to protect it until it gets better instead of starting all over with a new child.
