That's pretty interesting. I guess it means a lot of people went with the default split? If you used the customized split it defaulted to split evenly 3 ways between Child's Play, the EFF, and the 5 devs, but that looks like a pretty even 7 way split.
Are you sure about all that? The best quantum computers I recall hearing about could play tic-tac-toe maybe. In his article even Schneier says they've factored 15.
So what you're saying is that in addition to the bot that one guy made to autoquery these domains, we should also make bots to give them heavy traffic for the next few days?
Well that shouldn't really affect anything. Other than Final Fantasy 11, and PC ports of 7 and 8, their games have all been pretty much exclusively on Nintendo and Sony consoles.
Today's update about Samus's stun gun was probably more interesting, even So you found the fact that we learned a confirmed character has attacks that we all pretty much knew to exist more interesting than a rather large change in gameplay from the first 2 games, which many people have wanted to be implemented.
As for it being old news, yeah, c'mon Slashdot. This was from Friday.
First FPS I ever played was Wolfenstein. I also played Doom, Heretic, Hexen and quite a few others. I didn't really get into them. I played a lot of Perfect Dark and some Goldeneye on the 64 though (where, by the way, you could look up and down) and really enjoyed them.(PD at least. I don't know why Goldeneye wasn't as fun for me. They're pretty much the same game) My freshman and sophomore year of College I played a hell of a lot of UT:GOTY and 2K3 with my roommates, and had a blast. I hated Halo and the XBox on principle. It wasn't until my junior year when I actually played Halo and Halo 2 that I found them to be one hell of a lot of fun.
I doesn't matter if the kid has sense not to eat other people's food. A lot of peanut allergies are really severe, and just the dust from someone a few seats over eating peanuts can cause a sometimes severe reaction.
I don't know if my landline is my primary means of communication, as I use email mostly, but I don't have a cell, so if someone wants to phone me, they call my house.
So you're saying that if you honestly thought there was enough credibility in the bomb threat to seriously injure a fellow hostage in an attempt to get out, that you think running away like a pussy even when the bomber said he would blow up the very building you and possibly your family and friends and 100 other people are in is somehow both safer and more "manly" than sitting it out and not needlessly endangering yourself and others?
Wow, what a run-on.
Because they were told by a guy they believed was watching them that there was a bomb in the store and if they tried to leave, he would blow it up. Even if there wasn't a bomb, there have in the past been bombs put in places. It's enough to make them reluctant to call his bluff.
Its not a laptop, but it isn't a standard desktop. It's one of those stupid hybrids, where the whole of the computer (except peripherals/input) are built into the back/bottom of the screen. I hate hate hate them.
Tell me about it. My work computer had the screen die, and since it was out of warranty, we had to send it in to get it replaced. Somehow in the process of fixing the screen, they managed to screw up the harddrive.
No, nor are they the majority in the US. That doesn't mean I cannot point out why they are foolish beliefs to have. Many would say Scientologists are nuts, then go to church on sunday. The only difference seems to be how many members a religion has as to whether or not one supersticion is "valid" or not. Many Scientologists were also probably around when the founder of their "church" said that if he wanted to make money, the best way would be to start a religion. Then he did so.
A guy in a my guild was in the hospital for a while, and a had a dream where one of the new races they added was Piglet, from Winnie the Pooh. He got his Piglet toon up to lvl 6 in his dream. The other race was Ethereals, which makes a little more sense.

Aha, I found the link to the BlenderNation newspost with the winners. http://www.blendernation.com/rube-goldberg-device-contest-winners-announced/

I posted it another place, but the video was available via Flash as well. No one was being forced.
You could choose to watch in Flash. It wasn't as fancy, but it was there.

He's also quite the racist, but let's not let that get in the way.
Besides, the article was originally from the Japanese newspaper, Nikkei, so a game being popular there is very relevant to this article at least.

Pupellyverbos. Ya, its a weird word.
Come to think of it, some purple/blue and black striped underwear or swimsuits or something wouldn't be half bad.
I don't know if my landline is my primary means of communication, as I use email mostly, but I don't have a cell, so if someone wants to phone me, they call my house.
Had I but the mod points I squandered these few days ago, I'd have modded you +1 Funny. Instead all I can do is talk about how I would.

You know what? Forget the blackjack too!

Not to mention the fact that the console makers won't license an AO rated game for their consoles, so most likely would object to an unrated version.
