Does anyone here really think that the people who are using hotmail actually know anything about security or if https is on or off? The same goes for the huge majority of people using any webmail (or any computer in general).
There are games that are made for artistic purposes, such as The Graveyard. There are other games that are so beautiful, in audio and video, that you can call them art (ICO may be part of this group). There are games like LSD that end up being extremely artistic without actively trying to be such. There's also a small genre of games like Yume Nikki that some may consider art, even though the graphic style of the game is generic, the game itself is like a good novel.
I'll buy an excellent book, with good quality paper, and beautiful art/pictures (if it applies inside the book, at least on the covers), that I can have and hold and read at my leisure, anywhere in the world, at any time. It's the same reason I'll buy a beautifully made, limited edition, fully loaded CD/DVD/Bluray box set with excellent music/videos/information included.
This will be the future. I can buy any crap for $1, or I can get things of actual value (where value is material), for $10/$20/$50/$hundreds, etc.
When I was 15 I kept everything on my HDD. I made backups, when running out of space, on to CD. I then put it all back on the HDD when I got bigger HDDs, and everything is still on my HDD.
In my experience, most people don't even realize they need to empty the Recycle Bin, or care to do so. This guy is a douche and I bet no one at his place of work (or anywhere else) likes him.
I hadn't thought of it earlier, but I changed the menu bar in Opera to the menu button, so I moved that into the corner of the button/address bar and now I'm down to one.
Maybe, instead of installing software that's has potential to cause security issues, you could actually monitor your child when he is on the computer. You know, like a good parent.
Although, I guess when your child is what you make it, and you can't trust yourself to make intelligent decisions, how can you trust your child to do so? This also comes from not knowing a single thing about your child because you ignore it as much as you can.
I guess the "Really Stupid Idea Department" really does exist because I can only see dropping the address bar as a time-losing feature. In Opera I have two horizontal bars, one for the menu and one for everything else (address, navigation, other buttons). Just make your UI extremely configurable, like Opera's, and you have no problems.
I have my tabs stacked vertically on the left hand side. I can have more than 50 tabs visible, this way, with no downside.
It does not steal revenue because the products aren't available for purchase in my country (or even online), in my language (audio or subs). Even music isn't available for purchase, and that doesn't need to be in my language.
It should identify what should be released over here, but it never is*.
* If it** is released then it's a shitty dub. If they do add subs, it's auto-translated and therefore horrible. These days, pretty much every speedsub that is released is better than official Western releases. If you go into higher quality releases then there's just no comparison, the fansubbers are on a much higher level.
** 'It' being an anime that isn't actually made for children (Naruto, Bleach).

Nope. The person who helped make OpenGL recently admitted that it sucks, compared to DirectX.
If 'noone' is trying to maintain a competitive market, who is trying to stop him in order to create the scam?
Also, American McGee.

As if that would have ever been an issue for her.

And Wordpress isn't broken!

Not a single fuck was given.
I'd give you all of my mod points, if I could.
If he really thought any of it was real, he was truly a dumbass.
>white night
He gets to pretend he's a snow covered winter's night?
+5 Truth.

Granny has a land line.
for the stupidity of the adults.
Nope, I dislike "professional" sports because it's a waste of money.

Attacking every country for gains which are likely worth nothing. Great way to get yourself banned from the playground.
Sure, if you're talking about the filthy mass of Brazilians ruining the Internet for everyone. They ruin everything, though.

Cowboy Bebop dubs were not good. You are a retard.
Big O's English audio, on the other hand, was possibly better than the Japanese audio.
