The problem is, we aren't. The most committed and convincing example of cooperation between nations, beyond military and political alliances, is commerce. The friendship is rough, sure, but certainly more cooperative than adversarial.

Maybe you should stop putting words in my mout-- keyboard? In no way is the burden of providing "disclaimers" for your assumptions on me. In fact, it is you who's obligated to justify your interpretation of my post. You tried, and failed ("it's a two party system," nice try). I don't have to support either party, and I don't. I don't even have to be a US citizen or give a shit about the politics of the US. You made a whole lot of assumptions, and someone called you out on it. Grow up.

Actually, voting for Obama so that you can benefit from his healthcare plan is more morally reprehensible than selling your vote outright. At least vote-selling is a completely voluntary transaction, while the procurement of funds for said healthcare plan is anything but.

  20. My thoughts as a Steam gamer... on Valve Unveils Steam Cloud · · Score: 0, Troll

Judging by Valve's previous offerings, this is what we can expect from Cloud: * When trying to refresh your saves list, it will freeze and display zero results most of the time. * There will be a several day delay between when your saves are made, and when they are updated remotely. * It will be impossible to find the saves you are looking for via the search function. And, without a doubt, once this feature is added, it will result in months of inexplicable game crashes fixed only by a slow trickle of patches.
