Really? All I could find on the blog linked under your nick is a bunch of info about gold.
Admittedly, it was boring so I just skimmed, the "real" info might have been buried...

God I hope not. That mofo bugs the shit out of me. I have to drive through the hood quite a bit, and *I'm* offended by his ads, and I'm a cracker. The tv commercials really take the cake, though. I'm suprised no one has popped a cap in his sorry white butt yet.
One of the best things you can do is get managed switches. If you have remote users, don't cheap out on the VPN endpoints. Expect some "echo".
I work on the data side, not the phone side of the company. If we had "paid" for our system, I'd be pissed.
I'm not familiar w/ Asterisk which has been mentioned. We only deal in a commercial offering, by a *huge* electronics company. Our main phone tech says, "you *are* going to have some problems w/ VOIP over the internet. As long as you keep it in-house, w/ the phone sys using a PRI (?) to the phone co, AND you have managed switches, you should be ok".
Aren't many of the farmers in the US paid *not* to farm? What about all the fields that have never been farmed. Aren't there crops that can have multiple maturation periods in one traditional growing cycle? (thinking primarily of hemp, which has other useful resources)
I believe we wouldn't have any problems with supply, there needs to be demand first.
Yes, I suppose I could do that. *Or*, I could just use the device I already own. Before I got the Archos, I went through 3 of the mp3 cd players. I wanted that to work, I really did.
The Archos does, AND gives me portable storage. It's a win-win.
People who think they need to carry around their 'entire music collection' are being pretty anal. Build a 'playlist,' stuff it in your player, and go out and enjoy listening to it. The only people who need to carry their entire music collection with them at all times are the homeless.
It really depends on your usage. If I were jogging, or commuting, I might want a limited storage flash player. I have a CD player in my car for that, and a dozen burned CDs. Yet I also have a 20gb Archos MM. I use it for a portable HD, usually having ~10gb of music on it. I rarely use it for an MP3 player. Unless I'm on a trip. Nothing sucks more when on a road trip than having to listen to the same damn songs over & over. Well, ok, listening to the radio or not having any music at all would suck more, but just barely.
Different devices for different uses. That's the beauty of Apple's ipod scheme. They have an ipod for just about every possible use, and most price points. All using a similar interface. When my Archos bites the dust, I'll most likely get some flavor of ipod.
Get a grip. If your monthly water bill is noticeable at all, you have a bad leak somewhere. You still don't have to pay for it. Put collectors out in your backyard & collect rainwater. Hell, go downtown & dip your cup in the freaking Mississippi!
No, wait. Don't do that. If you're ignorant enough to complain about $10/mo for potable water, you may be ignorant enough to drink the filthy water flowing past the bluffs.
You're paying for the processing and delivery of the water. Memphis has the best damn tap water I've ever tasted. Equal to or better than most bottled water.
My dad lives in MS, and has his own well. He still pays for his water, in the form of electricity to run the pump, and his water is barely drinkable. Add in the cost of a few Brita filters. He easily pays as much as I pay to MLGW, and he doesn't have another person and two dogs to hydrate.
Bitch about the price of electricity or NG if you want, but the quality of water Memphis gets for those prices is amazing.
I was really disappointed by the washing machine decision coverage in this article. If you know of a better Jobs interview that covers the washing machine decision better, please post the link.
Who can keep up with what's social acceptable to call African-Americans? So far as I can tell, and according to my ex-gf (who was of that race), AA is the only acceptable term to use. The problem with it is... well, it's too friggin long! Notice how I shortened it above? That's my biggest issue with it.
We should all focus more on the intent, rather than the actual words.
I think from now on, I'm going to call AAs "honky". Hell, I've never been offended by it, why should they?
(note I blogged about this today)

I wonder if he got paid for this (if so, good deal), or if his "payment" was an agreement not to sue him into bankruptcy....
hahahahhaahahahahahahahah!!!!
Don't feel too bad, I didn't catch it either.
Who's Robbie Williams? (nevermind, I don't care)
Just noticed they picked up Discord. Rock on!
It usually comes out on these articles: www.emusic.com
At $10/40 songs, you get non-DRM encumbered MP3s. I've been a member since it was unlimited (I knew *that* wasn't sustainable).
For the record, I use iTunes, but not iTunes Music Store (except for free gifts). I don't pay anything to use the iTunes player. I don't own an iPod.

harhar
I don't know about them being good guys, but it does *seem* as though they aren't quite so bad :)
Ahhh, you skipped slackware, the one true linux...
Damn good idea, and I haven't heard it yet...
Maybe *you* only need one hand. Others might be more generously endowed...

I've got the same issues, w/ a similar machine. I'm planning on moving to 1gb ram, I think that will fix it.
Of course, I can only afford to add 1 stick of ram, which will take away my dual-channel advantage. I'm not sure how much of a hit that will get me.

I think you bitches need to go ahead and get a purse.
The trick is finding the *right* 3 minutes....
If you've been eating corn or peanuts, not so slick. Drink a little mineral oil*, though.... pretty fucking slick.
*don't do this if you won't be near a toilet...
... Yes, there are lot of open source solutions, but none of them perfectly integrates with Outlook ...
Darn. I was really hoping there would be 10 replies to this saying "Nuh-uh! What about supergreatopensourceproject.com?!?!?!?"
Well, you're ugly & your momma dresses you funny!
Around here you can get a headshot for less than $1k.
;)
