Horseshit! IT support IS about users and you'd better learn how to talk to them if you want to keep working in IT. RTFM as a response to stupid user questions will eventually get you your walking papers.

Have you even bothered to pay any attention to how these "Human Wrongs Tribunals" actually work in Canada?!? There's no application of law, insamuch as the decisions are entirely subjective, based on the skewed opinions of a tiny handful of appointed, and wholly unaccountable, individuals who in a real court would be required to recuse themselves because of their association with the interest groups lodging the complaints! There is no justice here, only an unaccountable entity that serves as an attack dog for special interests to silence dissent.

You can cite all the damn CCC sections you want but for that citation to actually have any validity there would have to be a uniform, unbiased, objective application of said statutes, and there is not, at least not by these damn Tribunals!

I'll be only too happy to give Sun's customer service a piss-poor review!
We ordered one of Sun's new Galaxy servers and after nearly 4 months, it still hadn't shown up, with nothing resembling an adequate explanation, coming from from Sun. I had to chase them to get them to promise new delivery dates that they then failed to follow through on. So we cancelled our order and we went and ordered a couple of boxes from a competitor! We wanted a hardware support contract to go along with it, but if they can't deliver the box itself in nearly 4 months, how can they be expected to support the box in a timely fashion if something goes wrong?
If that's the way Sun treats it's customers, they deserve to go titters. A few blogs I've read on the subject tell me I'm not the only one to have this experience either!

BTW the other boxes we ordered only took two weeks to arrive.

That assertion gave way to an aggressive business maneuver by Monsanto that may have been enough in itself to turn a milk glutton into a vegan.

The biotechnology giant used the fact that there's no way to distinguish BGH-enhanced milk as a way to prevent non-users from labeling their milk, claiming there is no way to verify it.
Gary Barton, Monsanto's spokesman, denied it. "There's a total misperception that we're against labeling," he said.

More precisely, it's what the labels often don't say that rattles Monsanto. "No BGH-added" by itself on a milk carton is enough to send the company into a tizzy of threats and lawsuits.
