Ah the good old days when my boss had a placard that said MIS Manager and mine had one that said MIS Managed. And then we took over the phone systems and they started calling us ITC.:(
And guess what, your advertisers will LOVE you! Why? Because as a streamer, you have automatic statistics on how many viewers, time of day, and length of watching.
Advertisers have been pushing for the 'down to the second' stats for a while now. And the hold up isn't the content providers, its the end-user distributors. Cable and sat companies have had the potential to provide this level of information for some time now (and the truth is most peeps would have no problem with the stats collection), but they and the broadcasters have been pushing off 'electoric neilson' devices for years now because they don't want the advertisers to have hard proof of what everyone already suspects: People aren't watching as much TV as they used to, they're off on the Net or in their game consoles or (heaven forbid) doing rather healthier things outdoors.
Apparently, someone isn't reading their software licenses. In most cases that I've seen, the only thing warranted is the media on which the software ships. I suppose if you downloaded it, this would me that the.zip file is at least intact.
Ah, here ya go, possibly right, possibly wrong information on the 'net. Just like mama used to make.

It's not uncommon for managers to end run legal or simply ignore legal advice when it's not what they want to hear.
Look!! Common Ground! Maybe lawyers & engineers can work together afterall?
Hey, isn't it about time for a re-release of the Cheech & Chong stuff?
The buying public can begin to understand the nature of ...
You give far, FAR too much credit to the buying public. At least in the US.

>>I'll tell you who cares... my wife. She cares a lot about how much money I make. That's one reason she has sex with me
>there are a lot of women who walk the streets at night downtown who are like that.
And they're probably cheaper in the long run... 'cept for the ole AIDS gamble...
But hey, how do you know who else your wife is sleeping with anyway?
I would hope that this is a move designed to say we mean business and then never use it...
will never have the desired effect until its used.
Is everything we know about genetics off-base? (no pun intended)
I thought it was a great pun.

That didn't pan out either.

Why do they bother qualifying it?

Virgin Orbit sounds more likely in the near term.
*Who* likes having John Ashcroft as AG? And why?
Funny, it used to be called social engineering.
Give SciFi a reason to stop making the sub-B garbage they're constantly spewing out and stick with what works.
What? You mean you don't like Tremors?
Excuse me, I must vomit now.
Yeah, this is all old news now (from yesterday, omg), but you have to love this headline:
IBM creates fastest super model in the world
to keep its electronics at room temperature."
