I used to work in a grocery store in the midwest, and a Spanish teacher was taking picture of produce and dairy and such to use them as teaching aids. The store manager promptly escorted her off the premises cause he assumed she was going around to all the grocery stores taking pictures and comparing prices or something.
"Why don't you elect Bush for a third term?"
Dont' worry, there will probably be some sort of disaster before the election, and Bush won't need to be elected, he'll declare he needs to stay president for the safety of all Americans.
The more we learn, the more subjective the definition of life is (to me at least).
It's like defining what is art, or if a physical activity is a sport or not. There may be some basic guidelines, but it's still a blurry boundary. It's just a label.
True, this sovereignty has been around awhile.
Imagine if everyone were allowed to sue the government for money left and right. The money would essentially come from taxpayers' pockets.
And if your really too important to be disconnected that long, you one need a reality check, and two you should send someone "less important". God knows the world can't go on without you if that plane were to crash!
Hate to quote a john Travolta movie, but "If you're important enough, people will wait."
it is obvious, and it isn't novel. the idea has been around for awhile. they're called wireless sensor networks i believe.
nothing to see here move along
perhaps the people that think human byproducts have the biggest impact on the climate will wake up after more reports like this. That Earth isn't a closed system, that there are huge fucking things flying around this tiny blue marble that effect our climate much more than humans making some unpleasant gases.
Funny thing is, if they had just kept quiet this would be a non issue. How many people would be going onto google maps and looking at their specific spot on the planet. Now that they have raised a stink, people from all around the globe will consider visiting the famous "privacy" home. Their actions are like someone jumping up and down saying "Don't look at me, don;t look at me".
There's a name for this 'effect', but it escapes me at the moment....
This guy need to learm the business if he's going to progress any further. Exactly, had this guy not heard to "Grand Theft Auto" before? And if not, it's still up to him to do research on the sales of the past three games of the franchise, which didn't exactly bomb.
Then perhaps he shouldn't have quit his day job at Applebee's.
But seriously, according to his bio, he's not just a voice actor, but has also starred in numerous tv shows, and is an "accomplished" singer and musician. He shouldn't be hurting for money, unless he's an idiot and lives outside his means, which wouldn't surprise me.

Yes, because celebrities-turned-politicians have such a great track record
'phishware' must've been too obvious

Yes, it's definitely not slavery (hell, the guy in the article worked for Apple for 12 years under such horrible conditions?)
But it's still not nice of Apple

is there a transcript of the conversation available?
nevermind. i'm not a chemist. CO2 has no hydrogen.
Here geologists blame buried hydrocarbons burning as they get access to air through cracks in the ground.
Does carbon sequestration still sound like a great idea?

That makes me a sad panda.
Seems to me that the critics/photoshopppers just want a game that looks like it's constantly nighttime.
If they want a dark, difficult to see game, they can just adjust their monitor (brightness, saturation, etc). Let the rest of us see what we're doing.
I read somewhere that the reason for the age of 21 is that the average human brain isn't fully developed until 21 [citation needed]

i concur, the last project i did in college at Ohio State University was about preventing a man in the middle attack in a wireless sensor network.
How is this idea novel, isn't a tad bit obvious?

A giant Jiffy-Pop might work as well.

You can't trust much of what you read on the internet, especially when it says computers lie
