    So Samsung filed this motion nearly 2 years ago for an import ban of then relevant product. it been delayed and delayed and now is an irrelevant product, So Apple cannot import any more iPad2's or iPhone4's but isnt stopped from importing iPhone4S's, iPhone5's, iPad3's, iPad4's and iPad Mini's, with no consequence.

    I'm happy that Samsung won but what did they really win Apple cant sell products it doesn't care about any more ?

    Well I think its great when any game can impart a skill people could use in real life the existing and even the Rockband 3 "Real Guitar".
    Arn't real guitars IMHO.
    Its like the final step but lets hope that more than a couple of people get hooked and make some good music.

    Quite frankly I'd say that the Postal series is actually bad for gaming they are normally quite poor, and create a lot of controversy which the developers nor publishers address.
    Which is just plain bad for the medium.

    You would load the cargo in to a container which would then be placed to be picked up in some fashion, take the example of skiiers the chair lift only stops when something goes wrong...

    I cant help but to think that a railway is a better alternative tho...

    Blizzard have to send out a C+D in order to be seen to be protecting their IP otherwise another company could steal their ideas and claim that since they haven't protected their IP in the past they shouldn't be able to in the future.

    Standard practice send out C+D then withdraw it.

    The people who "hacked" it didn't hack it they wrote drivers for it. Kudos to them its more than I could do but lets call it what it is, eh ?
    Its not like they broke Xbox security and pulled code out of it, what they did was much better.
