"Writing off" doesn't make the money re-appear, that's true. It does help them with what they pay in taxes. The hypothetical ruined dinner I mentioned still comes out of our pocket from what is after tax money.
Sony will get to write off the bad CDs as defective at the end of the
fiscal year. You or I accidentally burn something on the stove and we absorb
the cost.
The publishers are just middlemen (middle-management?)
scrambling to keep their distribution means relevant: cut them out like a
cancer.
a) Freely download
b) Buy what you like (second hand if possible)
c) Pay to see the artists live
Yep, this will just drive "lyric-ju4r3z" onto P2P. And you can fit a lot of lyrics in a RAR file the size of the average MP3 song. ie.: "RollingStones-DiscographyAllLyrics.rar" would roll in under a meg or 2 I bet.
Porting applications to it is very easy, and as such, you got great software projects like XBMC for considerably less work than if you had to port it all by hand.
Don't forget the emulators! Look for the "Bad Ass Emulation Disc". 14 emulators, over 14,000 ROMs. We spend more time playing Dr. Mario on the Nintendo emulator than we do playing xbox games.
Here's a fucking
clue: if you don't have geek news, barraging us with endless game
stories doesn't fool anybody.
You are a complete waste of an egg and sperm. Your flesh would be
better used for carnivore feed in the zoo. Your eyes should have their
corneas harvested for someone who isn't wasting them on games 24*7. Your
pasty skin could be used for grafting onto burn victims.
Do
something productive, Zonk. Sign an organ donor card, walk into a hospital
and cut your fucking throat.
True enough, but I'd wager that 99.5% of what I play through XBMC are xvid or divx. The odd movie from my digital camera is in Quicktime. Not a big loss, really.
A chipped xbox with Xbox Media Center is great. Supports almost any popular codec (even quicktime), works great with high-def TVs, does post-processing (deblocking, deringing, etc) of the video, etc. Personally I'm waiting for the 360 to come down in price and be chip-able before I buy one.
... is take a few letters or a small word and add "ium" to it. They had a chip which gave off a musky odour but was irresistable. Unfortunately the "Cuntium" never made it out of the lab.

I do have a nice pic for people that try to view the directory contents, I thought that's what the poster meant.
Reflectoporn?
I did something on the top side about 5ish years ago, seethis pic of what I called "cleardisk"
Rent the office where they used to be.
That'd be tough if they were in the World Trade Center.
Say it aloud "goatce.eu"
The pheromone acts like a "no entry signal" to other ants, telling them not to waste their time going down that route, it says.
I wish someone sprayed that pheromone on my ex's ankles before I met her.
1) Go to favourite xbox torrent site.
2) Look for BAED torrent (~4.5 gigs, full DVDR)
3) Click link
4) ???
5) Profit!

Yeah, I wrote in to the editors as well. It's pointless for the users to care when the admins seem not to.
One cheap PC. Three NICs: one to cable modem, one to each of the two subnets you want. Install OpenBSD, config, voila...
YAAAY!!! Another game story by Zonk!

Download the game first. If you like it and play past an hour or so: buy it. Otherwise trash it.
Read the comments for this protected disc by Van Zant on the Sony label.
,br>OUCH.
*shrug* I just installed XBMC and it worked. If your xbox is networked maybe try an online update (I do it through my dash Avalaunch)

That's like commending Syphilis for not being AIDS.

The Vatican rejects ID? Wow, next they'll be showing "Jesus' Anal Fisting" videos in Rome.
PRAISE JEEEEZZUUUUSSS!!!
12 minutes and no comments. For MS' sake I hope CRM 3.0 (whatever that is) is more successful.
It's sad when someone with such shitty tastes gets to do such cool things.
