Werner Erhart was a Scientologist many years ago. He left to start EST which he later sold to his brother(?) and was re-branded "Landmark Education" or "The Landmark Forum". There's a really good expose by TV channel from France floating around with English subs hardcoded in. They snuck a camera into a Forum and taped a Forum for a weekend. In the video you'll see the Forum Leader insulting attendants ("You're an asshole") and other goofy things.

Landmark took the Scientology route and started threatening YouTube and others for, if memory serves, copyright infringement. The video is still out there, check out this link on Pirate Bay. It's a pretty amazing video.

I wasn't aware science and the scientific method bent to the whims of the free market. A science classroom should teach science, it shouldn't matter where it is. If the bible thumpers want their kids to wallow in ignorance they can send them to a private religious school for indoctrination into their cult.

not all information can be linked, buddy. Like, experiential stuff.

The anti-vaccine crowd claims evidence of a link. That should be available online if it's legit. Through work I have access to countless online scientific and research journals yet a quick search shows nothing linking Thimerosal and autism.

As to "experimental stuff"... Do the anti-vaccine people have a secret experimental lab where they generate all this information for release to their own? Why not release it to the world and really prove their case. Even if their experimental data is flawed, some other researchers may take the ball and run with it.
