What is this? Ass-backwards-land? Yes, I know what the summary says. I know what the chillingeffects-site says. The complaint of the grand parent was that there was no link to where the the DMCA takedown notice on chillingeffects would be, which was false.

His movies are bad. Really, really bad. Unfortunately, they're not bad in the kind of way that they become unintentionally funny, they're just mindnumbingly bad.

Please, take my word for it. Don't watch any of them just to find out. I'd hate to have another human being waste 2 hours on that dreck if I can help it.

I still don't see how you get to that conclusion. The difference between them is the availability of commercial support for the KDE 3 edition, while there is no support (or, community support only) for the KDE 4 edition.

Both of them will still be free. I think it's quite clear.

    'with limited functionality'

Where did you read that? If you look at the official page https://wiki.kubuntu.org/HardyHeron/Beta/Kubuntu you'll see that the difference is the commercial support available. Since KDE 4 is not intended to be used by the general public just yet, there will be one version of Kubuntu 8.04 with KDE 3.5 that is supported, and one with 4.0 that isn't.

But the movie sucked. It really did.

The jokes were boring, and the pace was just too slow. If this was written during the strike that explains a lot.

SAMBA in itself has no problems with 2GB+ files.
