Correction, lead dosnt really have much to do with it other than as a lining of the how ensamble. Uranium is split to kr and ba (going down on the periodic table), some of the uranium atoms that dont split just absorb neutrons and turn into plutonium (up on the periodic table). This means the "used" full is has a bit less uranium, and a bit more plutonium than before. The % is only a few percent, but is enough to make it so that old reactors couldnt use it anymore. A breeder reactor is just one that can use it even when the uranium % has been reduced and is more "efficient" in that it can use it longer. This of course makes more plutonium, which is why some people dont like them because they make more bomb material.
Nowdays doesnt everyone use some sort of automated retrieval system to automatically get messages once they are received? I dont get why you really need to go out of your way to check anything. If there is flashing icon, then read it. If not, dont bother hitting refresh....
I'm still waiting on an easy way to edit exif data >: fix all the times grandma didnt set the camera date and everything was photographed january first 1979
Those are called loading screens. A cut screen is entirely different. What REALLY sucks is a loading screen to load a cutscreen you cant skip, then another loading screen to resume play.
the lazy female operators on the line were very nice. after listening to all my requests they wanted to refuse but after i quoted a part of the licence they requested a few days to talk to the firm leader. by that i obviously got myself a level higher, because a round of telephone interviews followed.
Actually, flat solid materials endure compression quite well. Even if you have studs then you can probably buff out the scratches and its just fine. If you tried to pick up one side while stepping on it then you will obviously shatter it though.
Now as for cassettes, a simple kitchen magnet can screw your entire collection when you drop it next to your case. And its a lot easier to copy a cd.
No this has nothing to do with the 5th amendment. If you have a big safe in your basement and the police have reason to suspect you have cocaine in it, then they can order you to open it. If you have something in your car trunk, the police can demand you unlock it for a warrented search. This is NO DIFFERENT except that it is new and that while we can force open safes and car trunks, its harder to brute force decryption.
The 5th amendment says "nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself". That means you dont have to comply with the demand for an admission of guilt. It does NOT mean you dont have to provide the court with objects and/or information that is directly or indirectly related to the case. If you were really going to stand on that then you could refuse to be searched when you are under arrest because the gun in your pocket would be a "witness" against yourself.
"You talking too much could allow competitiors to copy your works, so to prevent that we are firing you and losing all your works from the beginning just so we are safe..."
Yup, those conservative right-wingers have a long reputation for demanding government assistance and reparance for bigoted actions against them. I mean, just look at all the prefered treatment you have to give to straight white guys nowdays.
Many times I've wished I had a camera handy to record an employ of some establishment smoking next to a no smokig sign. I've been to many train stations in Europe where there are no less than 6 no smoking signs visible from my location with a pack of railway employees sitting under them smoking.
Thats exactly what I mean. The attempt to blow it up would be when we dont have 6 months because we didnt see it coming or another project failed. If you only have 30 days then 491 miles might not be enough, which means you need to nuke it and change the velocity/trajectory a lot more than 1f/sec.
If we can detect it in time then a push from behind/side might have time to help enough. Seems to me a nuke would be more of a last minute Oh Crap choice.
I wonder if these are all the pictures that have ever been sent, if more are hiding or if they are deleted after a time limit. It would be highl unlikely that only 40 people have ever sent a picture like this.

Stupid study.
I'm embarassed to say that it has never occured to me who invented tetris. Its just one of those things that just.... is.
What was life like before tetris? Did you have minesweeper? Freecell?
I donno, but the Soviets did a really good job running their country with enforced atheism. It just really brings out the best in people.

My karma is already screwed cause i dont bother posting as ac when i should, so i dont have anything to loose.
Obfuscant has a really good point, but this is ./ and anything that defends conservatism or critizises the left wing is modded down.
yah, i dont think my karma is ever going to go back up.

Last I checked, a witness is a PERSON.
Removing traces of pimples and acne from pictures of their teenage years...
I know I have.

Gmail supports IMAP, syncronize it with thunderbird and you are set.
Calander can be synronized with GCaldaemon to sunbird and saved there.
Gdocs can export everything as pdf or doc. Yay.
Picasa albumns, well you uploaded it in the first place I hope you still have your own copy.
Reader, just get another RSS program and copy the links. You dont need to back anything up (i hope) and how many feeds do you really follow?
Its not that hard...
Isnt that the point of having a light on your camera? So that you can tell when it is taking pictures of you?

Dude, just get a WiiFit... Its what all the cool geeks are doing.
Ironicly, as I sit here writing this I just found out my dad bought one today.
It's also about the quality of life. 2 hours is a bit much for me, but 30 minutes a day isnt too bad and has huge health benefits.
