Let's try : "This software needs that part of software to work, and this other software needs that same part of software to work. By using this installer, you only need to download and install that part only once."
In France, the money for presidential campaigns comes from taxes, is limited, and of the same amount for every candidate. But if you got less than 5% of votes, you have to give back this money to the government (this can be painful).
It's not because you don't understand the right to privacy claimed by people that you have to insult them. Maybe you should learn something called "respect", and maybe then you would understand this law.
