Talktalk seem to be the lesser of 3 evils though, unless I understand nothing. can you tell me what other ISPs are out there please? I shall be from virginmedia soon.
Even if they don't like it, changing your ISP is too cumbersome for most.
Actually, in the UK, you just go to the ISP you want and subscribe, they handle everything for you, unless they have to ask you to ask your old ISP for your MAC code. then there's a few hours of downtime on the day of the switch. not cumbersome at all. I shall be going from virgin to talktalk very soon, and emailing them telling them why.
I haven't finished reading your post, I just want to disagree with you. I think games should be marked down for being overhyped, as the gamer will be disappointed when they get the game and it's not the holy grail of gaming the adverts promised. reviews are for the _gamer_ not the publisher, and overhype kinda ruins the gamers experience.
perhaps in an egg-timer like way. release a chemical at a fixed rate. then on the way back, release the same amount of chemical at the same rate.
then travel would also be at a fixed rate. hmm, they should test by delaying ants somehow, since the rate of travel would change, they would get to the wrong destination at the right time.
If the population grows, the flying car has to happen one day
is that to facilitate transportation, or to solve the population problem? Because flat roads are beyond the abilities of most of the ass-nuggets behind the wheel already.
and just to be a bastard, make people pay for time without ads by the hour, for important events they don't want interrupted, like strippers, the footy, and sleep.
...is returning to america. don't you have some seriously mental border protection at airports and what not? don't worry about it at heathrow, it's a cake walk taking anything through there the twice i've flown from/to heathrow recently. then again, I've a UK passport, but noone else seemed to have any problems walking through either.
well, looks like you got what you were expecting.:)
and to stay on topic
Is it legal/possible to use the cashback and wipe the cookie? I haven't RTFA or anything, but it sounds like they're profiting purely from users not knowing about cookies, and they have no legal recourse if someone edits/deletes a cookie on their own machine?
ban chinese goods, or raise import taxes on chinese goods until it's a level playing field? i'm sure this would have consequences, but it's all I can think of right now.
Firearms are just another means of killing people, Ideas could instill hundreds, thousands or millions with the desire to kill(hence the revolutions of the past) and they'll achieve it with/without firearms if motivated enough. I imagine many governments see ideas as far more dangerous than guns.
I think a significant part of the problem stems from the fact that fishing net sizes need > 637 pages.:) If it was a one-liner "no bigger than a small pony" then they wouldn't have anywhere to try and hide these things.
While everyone else is telling you how unfeasible your solution is, I would just like to thank you for the phrase "Abragofuckyourself". It has reduced me to giggling.
Who goes to page 2 these days? I'm sure I read something somewhere about how most people would refine their search term rather than venture to the second page. They'll just keep doing that until they get the results they want. I know i'm guilty of this..
I just visited mpd.wikia.org in opera and it redirected to some zroalert.com site "Initializing virus scanner" with a little alert saying my computer was at high risk and should be scanned thoroughly. I disabled scripts and quickly closed the tab, then visited again in firefox with adblock plus and it's fine, no redirects. some malicious advertising there, maybe? anyways, just warning people.
Also, googling zroalert.com didn't find anything much, except that the domain had been registered...
Wouldn't that be a good reason to let their immune system deal with it? I see medicine as a helping hand, not a cure. doctors/nurses should(and probably do, given how many sick people they come into contact with) have much stronger immune systems. giving them mooty when not strictly needed seems counter-productive really.

posting what sounds like a lot of experience of being on the run is also not advisable ;)

maybe they're too busy grasping something else?
how is that a problem? if you can't get to the website because it's in a funny language, what makes you think you can read the contents?

yes.
A lot, but who will you vote for? Lib dems? Toris? who is going to do better? I'm not convinced, I reckon they're all crooked.
It's more patriotic. people like feeling good about themselves, and "Killing foreigners" isn't as patriotic of soldiers as "saving lives".

My thoughts exactly. I wonder if they will just trust Apples review process? probably not... they don't trust ESRB ratings do they?
