Incorrect. There was an INVALID warrant for his arrest. He specifically carried around the paper showing that the warrant was quashed, as he had been arrested multiple times previously for the same thing.
Not so fast, friend. We've had the very same policy for many years. Every prisoner who enters a jail is strip searched, regardless of the crime or potential length of stay.
For the most part, a minor crime doesn't result in you going to a proper jail, as you'll either be released on your own recognizance or held at the police station overnight to await your bail/show cause hearing the next day. If you do make it to a proper jail, however, you will be strip searched regardless of your offense or length of stay.
IANAL, but I have unfortunately had first-hand experience.
Interestingly, it seems that only some automakers had that idea. My 2001 Sunfire has moulded hand grips at 10 and 2, which I find rather inconvenient as I have to consciously avoid using them and keep my hands lower
For somebody who lives in Australia, you sure are ignorant of your own situation.

Compelling argument. I particularly like the evidence-based argument you used with respect to... oh wait, it's just you calling your opponent a retard, the tried-and-true method of winning a debate.
Ohhhh boy, Uncle Tom Obama. Hahaha I think you might mean Uncle Sam, though your current usage is incredibly hilarious
Speak for yourself. I'm not American, yet I find this case quite fascinating.

You're really unaware of the oil-specific subsidies that have recently been debated in Congress?
Educate yourself, my friend

Considering Battle.net has been running for over 15 years, I don't think Blizzard is really the company from which you'd expect such a thing
You sure about that?

Correct, it's a developer preview, so that they can see the basic mechanics of the OS before the real beta builds.
Thank you AC.
For those of you who didn't get the joke, the MAFIAA site was an April Fool's joke created by a random web designer
Man, good burn there, if you weren't actually the guy who's wrong.
There is a whole range of Plug-in Hybrids the most well-known of which would likely be the Chevrolet Volt.
In addition, there are several new electric-only vehicles like the Nissan Leaf which will be plugged in shortly.
