    Incorrect. There was an INVALID warrant for his arrest. He specifically carried around the paper showing that the warrant was quashed, as he had been arrested multiple times previously for the same thing.

    Not so fast, friend. We've had the very same policy for many years. Every prisoner who enters a jail is strip searched, regardless of the crime or potential length of stay.

    For the most part, a minor crime doesn't result in you going to a proper jail, as you'll either be released on your own recognizance or held at the police station overnight to await your bail/show cause hearing the next day. If you do make it to a proper jail, however, you will be strip searched regardless of your offense or length of stay.

    IANAL, but I have unfortunately had first-hand experience.

    Interestingly, it seems that only some automakers had that idea. My 2001 Sunfire has moulded hand grips at 10 and 2, which I find rather inconvenient as I have to consciously avoid using them and keep my hands lower

    There is a whole range of Plug-in Hybrids the most well-known of which would likely be the Chevrolet Volt.

    In addition, there are several new electric-only vehicles like the Nissan Leaf which will be plugged in shortly.
