New steroids & injection methods which can pass the drug tests are the biggest factor. Everything else is gravy. You think Natalie Coughlin looks like a colliflower by pushing around bubbles all day?
If only he used computer animation for an artistic reason instead of saving money on actors. Fortunately, it's no different than slashdot moderators embargoing anti-corporate comments.
Any redesign of the GLSL standard wouldn't make any difference since NVidia was the only brand to support OpenGL 2. Today, almost everything sold uses Intel GMA drivers which only do OpenGL 1. As for new standards bringing new functionality, there are over 1000 Java standards awaiting implementation too.
If state pollution control ends up not doing anything, does UCSD tell the truth and get banned from ever entering China again or do they lie about the results so they can still enter China?
So they "gave up" rights to censor coverage of the olympics and instead claimed rights to all broadcasts. These guys are incredible, or maybe they aren't, since this is the new world. Can't believe anyone is watching this show. Hopefully there will still be something for the non communalists to watch.
Get used to having to sustain your own business if U want to survive. The days of working for someone else are ending because workers are commodities. Look at corporate profit growth by raising prices: 30% here, 40% there. Why do you think they're not passing that on to salaries?

So what are the chances of putting together something that can float to Novay on an after-tax worker budget? The big problem would be coral reefs & running aground.
After 4 years, they're the only ones supporting GLSL. In today's inflation, you need to have 40% earning growth in dollars to break even. nVidia isn't doing that.
NASA gets a lot of microscopic attention for a spaceship which won't even launch until the next president, if the moon program still exists by then. Meanwhile there are still developments with an Indian spaceship which is supposed to launch this year & the Japanese spaceship put out another movie from the actual moon yesterday, just in a format no-one can play.
It's another packaging of the 160x120 videos they already have online. Now if they threw in the word "cloud" and some community sections, they'd have something.
Considering the number of still cameras doing 4k images, the fact that every movie is now being printed on IMAX, blu-ray & HDTV have been left behind. We're too used to seeing 4k images from still cameras to get excited about blu-ray.
If driving to insanely inconvenient jobs & sacrificing our next 50 years of paychecks to build a replacement network of electric car mobility is what it takes to keep our jobs from going to India, what's the point of death sentences?
The version of Cinelerra from heroinewarrior.com uses SMP. It's highly dependant on the supporting libraries & who implemented the feature. In the worst case, use renderfarm mode & nodes for each processor. Sometimes the libraries work in SMP mode & sometimes they don't. Sometimes the feature was intended for everyone to use on any number of processors & sometimes it was written for 1 person's cheap single processor.
Commerce is what interactive TV is for. Humans are creatures of merchandising, not web browsing or java games for their own sake. They want to be part of a corporate merchandising story.
And they're spending more than all the money ever printed to buy Calif* land instead of the nearest non Calif* land.

Quite a change in 5 months. Ray tracing is the way it should be done. No more hand coding reflections and shadows.

That home recording studio captured more AC noise than music in the Rachmaninoff transfers. U need better monitoring speakers.

The shot of Dubya talking to Vladimir Putin was obviously fake. Vladimir was busy doing something else at this time.
For George, researching a movie means researching the copy protection for the movie.

China beats Intel again. Wonder why those silly Chinese work so hard.
Sort of disappointing after all the progress in building the 777 on 2 large engines, they went back to 4 small engines.
