Yea if you treat them like Shit?? I have PS1 games that are perfectly spotless and scratch free. That's over 15 years ago and they still play like new, whenever i decide to play them.
And who don't have access to a High speed internet connection, Physical media distribution is the only way of getting games. I know of a slew of people in my area who live in the sticks, enjoy video games, and have no internet connection, so killing off physical media would be a complete shot in the foot for companies.
Frankly, Sony did this with Heavenly Sword too. I was rather shocked when i saw a dead Nariko floating down the river in a canoe... The game is really well done though.
The crew from Top Gear made it in a Truck, The Toyota Hilex a few years ago... Well, i should say that Clarkson and May made it in the truck... Hammond made it via DogSled.
I couldn't agree with you more. I Played through half the demo and because of the horrid controls, and my record of breaking controllers over my knee when games frustrate me, this game will be a pass for me.
The other RE games weren't nearly as bad as this. Another gripe I have is that I'd rather take care of myself in a game rather than having to babysit another AI computer player who can't shoot for beans.
People are too believing of what they see on TV and in Movies. What comes to mind here is the Movie "21". No... Larry Fischburne is NOT going to come and take you into the back and beat the snot out of you because you are counting cards. In America, I THINK this would be grounds for a lawsuit..
Spoken like a true 360 Fanboy. MGS4 didn't take THAT long to install. Figure 5 minutes per chapter, and if you sit through all the cut scenes... that's a solid 5-7 hours per chapter for a 5 minute load.
And as for the "Unless theyre exclusive" bullshit, you need to take a look at any review site. They score the games the same NOWDAYS because ps3 developers are starting to figure out the Cell and making ported games look and play as well on the ps3 if not better.
So you want them to suffer because of what they do? That's not exactly right. Artists make bum diddly off of their album sales. Even if they were to rely on their album sales for money, they wouldn't be exuberantly rich. It sounds to me like you're jealous or a failed musician;)
I am willing to shove over an extra 5-10 bucks for a concert T-Shirt that i could normally get online to support the artist that I go to see. It's called Band Loyalty. Granted, These people (musicians) are no where near short of not being able to eat, but the fact of the matter is, is that they need to eat too, and the extra 10 bucks to show my loyalty to said musicians is well worth it.
If the torrent doesn't start in seconds or minutes... I let mine run all day while i'm at work. It doesn't bother me that they won't start downloading in a matter of seconds..

Well I apologize. But there is always Rockband or Guitar hero World Tour if you want to relive your dreams of making it big. Virtually of course lol.
