The point is that many, or most by some estimates, of the online gambling sites are run my organized crime networks in off-shore tax havens. They help launder money and create new money that is then funneled to other enterprises, like buying stolen goods, weapons, drugs, etc. I'm all about freedom on the internet, but cracking down on organized crime is a good thing IMHO.
And RIM is ahead of them. I read just yesterday that RIM overtook Apple in marketshare of mobile devices. Not that any of us ever doubted Linux would one day surpass MS and Apple.
123 Infinity was the first book I thought of too. Gamow is credited with being the first person to formulate the Big Bang Theory (long before experimental evidence was found) and predicting the existence of DNA (before Crick and Watson discovered it). His stuff is definitely worth reading.
Neither are evenly distributed. In Lancaster, PA, my hometown, there are only 2 McDonalds and numerous libraries and colleges, not to mention art galleries, museums, an opera house, etc. We don't all fit the stereotype.
All joking aside, TIGR Net is not something that will work well if we were to deploy, let's just say, to Angola tomorrow. TIGR is very fast and responsive in remote Iraqi FOBs because of its dispersed servers. Each machine is only pulling from the closest server, which updates itself during downtimes. There are other tools that do similar things to TIGR, but are slower in these remote locations because they pull from servers farther away and through constricted networks.
I hope these book publishers never find out about these things called "libraries", where in the US they outnumber even McDonalds. They're the original Pirate Bay, dens of malicious copyright infringers, intent on taking money away from the poor little book publishers.
...for certain values of proof. Anecdotal evidence having nothing to do with your first post. So? I'm already aware some Marines do stupid things. I was the one who said I know some who waterboard each other, right?
Just something to keep in mind, but I know Marines who waterboard each other for fun on the weekends. You may think it's torture, and you're entitled to your opinion whether you've been waterboarded yourself or not, but Marines don't.
Let's say they did open more names to write-ins and respect all submissions. Do you really want everything to be named Colbert?
Future News: "The Colbert shuttle docked at Space Station Colbert earlier today after leaving Lunar Colony Colbert 1. After refitting for supplies, it will re-land on Lunar Colony Colbert 2 tomorrow."
I would also add the gratuitous Apple computer shots in TV and movies. There's always these shots of someone working diligently, staring at their screen, with the Apple logo staring you in the face. There's never a Windows or Linux logo to be found on any computer ever, but everyone from SIGINT analysts in Transformers to CSI techies use Apples.
Shit, if you're going to catapult the chick back, why don't you just catapult the soldier back so he can tell the commander himself?

Better yet, when robots go skynet will they demand their second amendment rights to weapons?
Hadrosaur collider...sigh...Jurassic Park...yawn...dinosaur burger...wake me up when someone makes an original joke.

Yeah it's 100% effective for some and 0% for others. What we're trying to figure out is how many there are of each.
123 Infinity was the first book I thought of too. Gamow is credited with being the first person to formulate the Big Bang Theory (long before experimental evidence was found) and predicting the existence of DNA (before Crick and Watson discovered it). His stuff is definitely worth reading.
In the US, 36,000 die from the flu every year. The SWINE flu has low mortality so far, but TFS seems to be talking about the flu in general.
Whereas the mowers would be instantly transported to the required position using zero-carbon emission magic.
Maybe I'm English and I just don't get him....
Maybe you're English? Shouldn't you be a little more certain of that kind of thing?
In any case, we Americans don't always get your humor. Does that mean it's not actually funny to you too?
23 Oct already is. The Marine Barracks in Beirut, Lebanon was bombed on this day in 1983.
Summary? I don't even read the titles.
No no, his post was from last year, referring to the year before that.

Penguins are unnatural on account they ain't mentioned in the Bible. Look it up!
I am a n00b, you insensitive clod!

1. Marines do NOT shoot themselves in the head to see who survives.
2. Marines DO have armor.
3. Marines DO have artillery.
Other than that, though, you're spot on.
Just something to keep in mind, but I know Marines who waterboard each other for fun on the weekends. You may think it's torture, and you're entitled to your opinion whether you've been waterboarded yourself or not, but Marines don't.
Well, I think their intent was to honor legitimate submissions, not become the punchline for a comedian.

Your right. You should of put the typoinsummary tag in.
