    Oh yes, they can, oh yes! Being a postgraduate student at one UK university and seeing how the exams are graded and later how the results are scaled and how low the level of difficulty of exam questions has become...

    Full AKA! Sometimes I wonder why people get so insane thoghtless when it comes to electronic voting? The keypoint of a democrazy is public auditable voting. Electronic voting is always a black box voting, you have to trust that the software in the blackbox is really the software which should be there. An impossible task and it is naive to think that nobody has an interest in changing the election result. Sure, it takes a bit more time to count the voting but that is just what democrazy is about!

    yeah ... and since they bought the cheapest version of this hiden safty feature there will be only a tiny 'pling' after the counting finished (and not a big smoky explosion) ... and then the drive will continue to work as before...

    Have now been living 1 year here in this country and my experience with this company are enough for me (I have only a fixed line from them which I need to get internet from another ISP).

    Then don't let them have an e-mail account. There is no perfect spam filter ... except you filter it by your own. Another question, why does an 5 year old need to have an own e-mail account by itself??

    Still the fasters thing to have is pen and some paper/small paper based notebook! Boot up within less than a second. Just keep it around. If keeping a laptop around is easier than a paper/pen, then attach the pen and paper to the notebook.
