    That sounds equally horrible, tbh. ISP's are not inherently evil and need to be stopped or punished. If they are ganged up upon, they will have a tougher time - and that would probably translate to higher prices for the customers.

    Except that Oblivion was a disaster from a design and gameplay perspective. Also, I never found the story to be anything interesting, merely a backdrop, and there was zero immersion in the dialogs. I actually think that a large percentage of the ones who liked that game did it for the graphics.

    Oracle is well known in the business (of making money) to have a very good, large and agressive sales force, and that is what have made them large and successful, not the quality of their products.

    I'm sure they gave it to Obama so that he couldn't back down on his peace-making line. To make sure he'd follow through. Ofcourse the prize doesn't go to the most peaceful guy in the world, he'd probably be too high to accept the price. It goes anywhere the comittee feel it will do most good.

    Exactly. When are people going to realize that the slow uptake of Linux or other free software has nothing to do with quailty, and everything, absolutely everything, to do with marketing? No year will ever be the 'year of Linux'.

    I have to agree, VS is the best IDE out there, hands down. MS sure knows where to put its effort, make the best IDE and programmers will follow. And that leads to market domination by software library size.
