    Anyone going to apply the same pressure to ALL the other computer/phone companies that use the same facilities? I know Slashdot has a extreme anti-Apple bias, but does it blind you to the obvious? The computer you're using right now has parts that were made by Foxconn.

    I seriously doubt you'll get much more battery life out of any modern smartphone - at least without disabling most of what makes it "smart"
    If you really do want to disable 3G, go into Settings>General>Network>Enable 3G

    This seems a little fishy to me. I can readily identify any sushi that is presented to me. Tuna, salmon, eel, etc. are all very distinctive in both taste, color and texture.

    Actually, my iPod 5G works just fine on my netbook which is running Mint. Banshee does a capable job.

    There are several programs that can do the same thing iTunes does (see the open-source program Banshee for example) ALAC does the same thing FLAC does, and no one outside of a few neckbeards used Ogg for anything.
