Yes, but how long do those employees stay in the industry? Somehow I doubt that telemarketing (at least for the "phone drones") is a career. Hell, I imagine the turnover rate is astronomical.
I disagree, I'm running 10.2 on a old Bondi iMac and aside from the fact hat I don't get the eye candy (big deal) it seems pretty snappy. Hell, it doesn't seem all that much slower than XP running on my 1.2 Gig Duron.
Read your history books...most change has occured due to violent action. Sorry, but harsh language usually isn't very effective when trying to bring about major changes.
Note to FBI/CIA/insert your favorite acronym. I am not advocating violent action to overthrow a goverment...after all, that's what you boys do.
I would think that the less punishing the system requirements, the more people will be able to play (and buy) the game. As the owner of a not-so-state of the art system (1.2 Duron, GeforceFX 5200), I'm glad that I'll be able to play.
Y'know...I'm a little tired of the Junis-C64 jokes. I'm no Katz defender but the original article stated that Junis was using a Commodore computer. Commodore also made the Amiga and even the A500 was/is capable of getting on the Internet. This was a stupid joke to begin with. BTW autopr0n, I'm not flaming you specifically:)
Not wanting to be picky, but have you seen the latest iMac's? They do use LCD screens. LCD's that look like they're perched on a desk lamp, but LCD's nevertheless.
Ok...I'll agree with a lot of your points..but lack of culture? Are you insane? Tons of local bands & artists, lots of big name music acts, and cool things like the Saturday Market.

I believe Nintendo started out making playing cards back in the day.
You do know the Palestinans were there first right?
Tom Hanks! Is that you?
Not sure if you were being serious or not, but the RIAA has griped about used CD sales in the past.

Because Clinton never made the commitment to serve. Bush did and then went AWOL.

"Companies don't want to run processes on their computers" Ouch...that's gonna be a bit of a problem :)
Well, hell I wouldn't mind living with ONJ...even now she's quite the babe :)

Remember, terrorists are what the big army calls the little army.
This was modded informative? Sheesh. Unless I'm mistaken, William H. Gates is Bill's FATHER! Seems like a pretty close connection to me.
If I only had mod points....Well said.
>John Poindexter, programmer, Navy Admiral, >National Security Advisor, etc.
You forgot convicted criminal.

Give me your password and I'll prove it. :)
Things haven't changed much. You should have seen how much time my friends and I spent playing games on the Atari 2600 and at the arcades.
Not wanting to deflate your joke, but wasn't Bill Budge the author of Pinball Construction Set?

Hmmm....have you tried following the link?
Sigh...it's sarcasm man...ever hear of it?
The Norse thunder god Thor has filed a trademark infrigement lawsuit against British Telecom.
Heck, I bought several old C64 games at a local Goodwill not too long ago and all of them loaded w/ no problems.
