I feel compelled to defend both Deborah Gibson and Tiffany. Deborah has put out several INDEPENDENT CD's and has a successful theater career. Tiffany's "Color Of Silence" album was a critical, if not commercial, success. Both don't have a chance in hell of being played on mainstream radio tho.
You are right...most of us are unimportant to the goverment, but what about those who are not? Our goverment has never been shy about using the resources at hand for personal or political gain.
I respectfully disagree. I have no doubt in my mind that this situation (or something similar) was exactly what Bin Laden wants. The spies in this case are unwittingly helping the terrorists.
Bin Laden has done exactly what he set out to do. All he has to do is pop up from time to time and our half-witted "leaders" will do the job of destroying everything that makes America..America.
What I don't understand is who is actually coming up with these ideas...I can't accept that Shrub is some kind of evil genius...hell the man is a talking chimp!
I don't know how the Wal-Mart PC's perform but I have a mobo with the Nvidia N-Force chipset that has an intergrated GF2MX. It's sharing 32 MB of the system ram and I don't have the slightest problem with video.
I'd say because its an item I've never heard of and I'd say a fair portion of Slashdot's readers are intertested in emulators and this product would help them transfer their old software to their PC.
That was the lowest difficulty level. The highest "3" had an additional castle, 2 hidden mazes, the bat which had an annoying habit of taking items you needed and all the items were randomly placed throughout.
Who says they need national exposure? Hell, here in Portland there are tons of local bands (and soloists) that do quite well touring and hitting the local hot spots. Being a successful musician does not always equate to a video on MTV.

Still wouldn't work...you have to burn the body and stuff the head full of garlic
Hmmm..car full of sweaty geeks...don't worry I won't come a knockin' :)
Don't consider it a "donation", if like me you downloaded the ISO's, just consider it payment for the product.
Because my wife and I can't stand the little rugrats :)

Don't forget his other classic role..."Ultra Magnus" in Transformers: The Movie
Ok, I'll bite...how the hell do you use WINE to steal video games?

How on earth can it perform that badly? I've got an old AMD K6-2 500 that doesn't have any problems playing DivX.

As many have stated before...read the figgin article smart guy.
Then don't blame your friends (that's what it sounded like) They are at least delaying the landfill trip.
You know...that if it's in their basement and not in a landfill, it's not really pollution.
Not trying to flame, but what distro are you trying to use where the X setup takes weeks instead of miniutes? What vid card?

I had the same problem also but a few seconds of wiggling the mouse around fixed the problem.
Not to mention all those trivial memory chips eh?
Grab an ATI TV-Wonder VE for $40 and you'll get about 90% of Tivo's functionality.

Yet another reason to cancel their stinking card once I get it paid off. Their telemarketers are bad enough.
