    True but Mandrake's bankrupcy had nothing to do with the merits of selling support - There were some unfortunate business decisions made by people no longer with them that caused the mess. (Trying to get the company into "e-learning" etc.

    If you have to destroy your iPod to replace the battery then I'd say you should not be trusted around anything electronic. I got a used iPod and replaced the battery in about 10 mins. The company I bought the battery from even included a couple of small plastic wedges to use to open the case without scratching it.

    So, since you were unable to find the preview buttons that are clearly labled when you click on an album (yep 30 second preview) how do you know they mostly suck? Or are you just bitching for the hell of it?

    Well, since the peanut gallery seems bent on making lame jokes or pointing you to ThinkGeek. I'll try to give you some decent suggestions. He probably has tons of CD's/DVD's so mebbe A nice way of organizing them be it in a binder or shelving unit. Also possibly bins (decorated if you wish) for whatever computer hardware he has laying around.

    The only reason Mandrake was "begging" was due to errors made by the FORMER bosses making massive screwups like trying to push Mandrake into "E-Learning". It has NOTHING to do with a flaw in their business model.

    Wrong again. How about the hardware hackers of MIT's railroad club? (check out Hackers by Steven Levy) and the term seems to have it's roots in the "hacks" (pranks) conducted by MIT students.

    So many movies to see, so little time to attend screenings. Without screeners, some movies simply won't get the attention of the Academy folks.
