Actually, the day of reckoning will come when the boss gets the resume listing as education.
I don't think spying on students is going to make these kinds of schools more legitimate. If anything, we need laws requiring these places to warn potential students that the value of the education they receive may not be what they expect.
they will either switch to a better browser or Microsoft will fall under increased pressure to comply to web standards
or they will go to another web site. Your attitude will serve you well if your sites cater to people who are likely to use something other than MSIE. Most users, however, will think your site is broken before they think their browser is broken.
Most places don't have laws specifically banning public nudity because people usually don't take their clothes off in public. Only in places where public nudity has caused a problem will you find specific bans - such as beach communities. However, I'm sure that most police officers would charge you with some form of "disturbing the peace" for displaying too much skin (radiant or otherwise).
You're chances of getting off with a warning may depend on the officer's idea of aesthetics. Radiance is probably detrimental in this case.
Clinton "selectively observed" a distinction between intercourse and oral sex because he did not want to get in trouble with his wife.
Bush, on the other hand, has disingenuously involved America and it's allies in a war that is costly in terms of money and human life.
The failure to tell the truth is the same thing as lying, no matter how many euphemisms you throw at it. The important distinction here is the results of the lies. Because Clinton lied we have a few cigar jokes and maybe a creepy feeling the next time we see the Oval Office desk. Because Bush lied men and women are dying.
Any storage medium you choose will degrade over time. You should plan to transfer the data every few years. Choose a storage medium that is well-supported, cheap and relatively durable - DVD or CD for now. You should also pay attention to the format of the data. If you use a video format that is rare now, chances are you won't have a way to convert it to whatever new format you need in 5 years. When it's time to copy (probably 5 years for CD & DVD, to be safe), use the same guidelines to choose the new medium.
You're right. Except Microsoft was not complacent and did not panic. Microsoft has never had a problem with following the lead of smaller companies. IE was the MS answer to Netscape. Windows 95 was the Microsoft answer to the Mac. Don't make the mistake of filing "playing catch-up" under "bad business plans". Microsoft's market share and revenue directly contradict that notion. Both have been waning slightly, but Microsoft is far from failing.
It's OK. The increase in hurricane activity due to global warming will offset the negative effects of the increased nitrates.
Inside job? Nut job is more like it. I bet the owner of this laptop constantly loses her sunglasses when she pushes them up on top of her head.
They found the laptop in some drawer. The same drawer Deputy Fife swears up and down that he checked last week.
They used to call these things "thin clients."
Before that, they called them "dumb terminals".

I seem to recall being taught this in school...
additional experienced police officers a state could hire if they replaced MS software with FOSS
But then the BSA wouldn't need as many officers to wear jack boots and body armor and carry automatic weapons.

Pretty hefty. Why do you think they're working on this?
Is Bill retiring? Or has he secretly taken over google?
Seriously - More often than not, big projects slip. And more often than that, there are rumors of big projects slipping.
