    Same here. I'd pay extra to stand.

    And to hell with recliners. They are terrible people. Resting your plastic seatback on the knees of a tall person for hours in order to achieve a 1% improvement in your own comfort level is the height of insensitive cloddery.

    if you could 'do' you would have. because you can't, you 'sell'. we know that; and yes, we do judge you for it; and not in a good way, either.

    'Selling' pays your salary, allowing you to 'do'. It's not easy, and many engineers cannot 'do' it.

    The problem is obvious. They used a virtual fence instead of a fence in the cloud. A fence in the cloud would obviously be hand-wavingly cheaper, way more reliable, highly secure and infinitely scalable.

    Dear USA Gov: I am happy to consult on this issue and assure you that I can implement a fence in the cloud at half the price.

    When you are driving in your car and run over a nail, it's often cheaper to just patch the tire rather than to replace it. You're generally back on the road faster as well.

    That's a fair position to take. We should be critical of all governments. But scroll through the comments here or on any other /. article related to China and you will see plenty of regurgitated anti-China propaganda that does nothing to advance the conversation. That is what I am referring to as crap.

    I would pay extra as well. I know we're a niche market, but you'd think setting aside a single server in the farm would be profitable. No age verification necessary.. Just assume those willing to shell out a few extra bucks have real jobs.
     
    I actually gave up on WoW because of the maturity level. Tried Aion but that was even worse. If one of the MMORPGs did this, that would be my game. For now though I'm done with MMOs. Hanging out with a bunch of obnoxious teenagers is just too annoying.
