    I tried a bunch last week, and MusicBee is the one that most closely matches my winamp usage patterns, so it's what I'm using at the moment. It's pretty good.

    If F-Droid want to actually make an impact on the Android userbase, the home page needs to have instructions on how to install the damn thing! I know what I'm doing, but most people just install stuff from google play. If they follow this link and click the "install" link, they get an apk download and no help. This is not very useful.

    p is any of the primes, x is the result of multiplying all the other primes in the list.
    If px+1 was divisible by p, then px+1 = py, for some whole number y
    dividing by p, y = x + 1/p. This cannot be a whole number as p >= 2 and x is a whole number.

    I'm sure there's a better proof, but that's just off the top of my head.

    The UK is a country where gun possession is highly restricted
    Gun possession by criminals in the UK is pretty low
    Therefore his assertion was wrong.

    The GP made a statement of fact that was false. I corrected him. At no point did I argue for gun control, or state that violent crime is higher or lower in either country.

    No, it's because the penalty for owning an illegal firearm is significantly more than the penalty for many violent crimes.

    Simply not true - gun ownership among criminals in the uk is pretty low.

    Yet they have more violent crime per-capita than we do in the US.

    That may or may not be true, but isn't directly related to my point really, is it?

    BT already gives all customers a home hub (router) as part of the deal, this is pretty standard in the uk. They upgrade them every couple of years for you, so going to an IPv6-enabled one is not difficult.

    'cos opting in is so hard - pop into the shop, ask them to opt you in. Takes 5 minutes. I only did it because the filter was blocking some web comics.

    Alternatively use opera mini, which bypasses the filters on most networks. Or set up a vpn if you really care.

    Most people these days have flown so many times they already know about the flotation seat cushion and oxygen air masks.

    Perhaps in the US, but not so much in Europe.
