Interesting argument. Though I agree to an extent I don't think your on the ball on this one. A recipercal effect though is that children exposed to pr0n will be exposed to sex much earlier and thus go looking for it. I know this sounds like some concervitive cop out but I do think there is some merrit. Let's say you have two kids one who grew up playing ball, hanging out with friends having crushes on girls. Then boy two who spends much of his time on the computer looking at pr0n and jerking off. Social development is paramout. Someone who spends much time looking at pr0n will develope a reclusive attitude and thus not have the same social development. I also believe that looking at pr0n does affect how you persieve the opposit sex. I say this all based on just being a teen myself and growing up, and having my own son. I'm a single dad, i'm not an idealist concervitive I'm just being honest. Sitting at home beeting it off to porn is not benificial in ones overall development.

well a floride coating is what natrually protects our teeth, thats why tap water, and toothpaste have this as an additive. Actually I just read that tooth decay is on the rise because many of us no longer drink tap water wwhich is forified with floride. From what I understand this is basically a electrochemical process which artficially bonds the floride to our teeth.

I am amazed how quickly a pc newbie user can become a proficient video editor with just a few tools. I'm sure it wont be long before they double or tripple the pc gaming market share. will be nice one day to see the prices of DV cards come down with the main streaming of things like firewaire and digital video for the common home user.

I'm sorry to break it to you but I don't use names to recognise programs. I use Icons. When using windows I almost always look for the icon, then to the word. Same thing applies, to Gnome, or OSX.

This problem reminds me of a problem had with different generations of CAD users. Old schoolers (me) know all the command line commands and love them. New users only recognise the icons.

I may be wrong but from what I see the energy is generated when the weight of the car depreses the bump. in a down hill or slowing down scenerio this energy would be lost in breaking and heat. So it's not as if its the energy created by the car. even in the situation of level travel. Since the article is vague i'm imagening a footpedal and fly wheel scenerio. instead of a foot pedal there is a bump which transilates the vertical force into torque via a fly wheel. With one car passing by ever few hundreth of a second we are talking about alot of energy being created.
