Everything you mentioned makes no sense if your mail server administrator is remotely competent. It actually is not hard to filter out emails. If you are getting email you do not want, write a filter rule with the action of "Move to deleted". If your Mail Server is getting full it means 1.) You probably have your limit set to low, meaning your a skimming cost on your IT being cheap and 2.) You mail server administrator is incompetent and should be fired. It is not hacking nor a DoS attack. Yes, you could do it that way, however this does not sound like the union's motive and it can be easily prevented through very easy steps. Yes, it is harder to filter that way cause the emails could be legit addresses. So create your filters with your customer emails create filters for your employees with customer emails going to that customer folder. If an email from a legit address is really spam, flag it. Also you can flag any email is spam if it considers words or phrases in the subject or body. Ex:"labor dispute".

Give me a break, the government should no longer be allowed to make rulings on anything tech related since most judges and elected officials either A) Don't even know how to type or use a computer or B.) Type with two fingers at about 10 words per minute. This is just further prove about how putting a bunch of senior citizens as judges and congressmen is a bad idea. My father is only in his 50s and is fairly tech savvy compared to some of the other people his age, but I still routinely get calls about computer issues or doing something on the computer. If judges or congressman are going to be making laws or judgements on issues relating to technology, they should all had to go through multiple college courses on the subject in order to avoid judgements like this that anyone who knows what email is would think is retarded.

There were very strict rules on what you could build, such as none of the futuristic crap like fusion power plants. After you had your city you have a build a model layout of a section of it. This was at least 15 years ago, and using a child's computer game. Why has it taken so long to develop something that obviously wouldn't have taken that much thought since it pretty much existed?

I agree that you should be able to copy others work, but just because you have a touch screen tablet doesn't mean it is a knockoff. Essentially, the iPad is big iPod touch, if I offended an Apple fan with the statement I am sorry, but it is true. Essentially, the Galaxy is a big Droid without the phone. They run completely different operating systems. I mean I have a Samsung LED flat screen TV and it looks exactly like the many other LED flat screen TVs, but some of the TVs have different features. I think Apple knows that Samsung has added features they do not have. If you look at the specs, Samsung's tablet actually seems better. (Disclaimer: I have not used either and I am only comparing the specs, I personally would never buy a tablet, I perfer a laptop.) In terms of entertainment, it seems the Galaxy might be a better buy looking at the specs which have 1080p HD to the iPad's 720. And since the Galaxy uses Android and supports Flash you have play more games on it. I also think that having a USB I also think having a USB port is a big plus. But like I said I am not in the market for a Tablet. I have to admit they look the same on the outside, but under the hood not as much different chips and different OS.

No. Also quit saying "nfl free agency" was my search term I never once stated that it was I said that was the topic just like if I searched Philadelphia Eagles or Green Bay Packers the topic would be football, but it doesn't mean I searched for football. I searched for various terms related to free agency, but being I played football for over 10 years and am a die hard fan I am not going search a term that would obviously give me the definition. I never said Bing sucks, I said it is not as good as Google. I like Google's layout and color scheme better and I think it gives me better results on what I am looking for. I feel the ads on Bing are more up front and there are more of them than in my Google Search, which adds more clutter to the page which I am not a fan. (YES THERE ARE MORE ADS. I RAN THE EXACT SAME SEARCH IN BOTH AND COUNTED). And like I said I am not a Microsoft hater, I just prefer products that do a job to best fit my need. I have two Windows machines at my house and I an certified in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008R2. If you like Bing more great good for you, but don't say I am making shit up just to hate. I searched for "eagles rumors" in both searches many of the results were the same, but good gave me more news articles and more blogs where rumors are posted, thus it better fits my need. These are facts that support my opinion thus not making anything up.

I don't need to invent reasons to hate Microsoft products. If I wanted to do that I would just use a single word Vista. That being said I think Windows 7 is a great product. And yes most of the ads are on the side, but you occasionally get on in the middle that is related to your search. I didn't say it sucks and gives you outdated results, but Google gives news articles, rumor sites, blogs and so on. I don't get all that with Bing, thus I perfer using Google. And I am not a Microsoft Hater, I have two computers and one of them runs Windows 7, in terms of IT companies Apple is on top of my hate list for their excessive patent trolling.

Bing just isn't very good compared to Google. I find that Google consistently gives me better search results that more relevant to what I want. For example I have been looking up NFL free agency rumors today, Google gives me current results on new articles, Bing is giving me articles from last years free agency and highlight videos. I find that Bing also puts the advertisements more in the middle of they screen and in my face, while Google's are off to the side.

At the same time they have taken none of the blame and taken little if any of the after effects. Instead that is felt by the people, while the government is trillions in debt. If I did that when I was little my parents would have yelled at me and said go out side, it is a nice day. I mean I am not against video games, by any means. I think they are quite fun, but play them at night or when it is raining. I mean the babying of kids has happened at more than just playgrounds, look at community pools. When I was younger the community pool by my parents house had two diving boards and a slide, now it has none of the three. I fell off that slide and got a concussion, but I was back on it the next week. Many pools that once had diving boards no longer have them for insurance reasons and fear of being sued. I think that is the real issue behind this, anytime someone get a little hurt it is the people's fault who own the property, so they make so that you can't get hurt.

Others are a little harder to figure out. I, for one hate Apple's mouse, I don't know why they feel they needed to be different and not have separate right and left click buttons (I dual boot my Mac with Windows, why it annoys me). They have also made various attempts to over the years to implement new ports while sacrificing more established ones. First with Firewire, which never picked up much steam and now with Thunderbolt, which i also don't see it picking up much steam because I don't see USB and ethernet cables going anywhere. Although Thunderbolt is another one of their technologies so they see it as a way to make more money from the product, which everyone can understand, but it hurts the users more.
