    Here's an example
    • Ice Cube-[AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted]-07-Turn Off The Radio.wav

All of the information that I use (artist, album, track index, song title) are all contained in the name of the file. It's easy to extract automatically.

I have a folder on my hard drive that contains all of MY code, versus OSS code that others have written. I have it arranged into folders by programming language and then again by project name. So let's say that I need to get to the library that I wrote for driving my parallel port VFD in RealBasic, I'd look in c:\Code\$RB\VFD_Driver\stable.

I don't do or need CVS, I manually separate my code into stable and devel versions. When I'm satisfied that the devel version has had enough bugs worked out, I make it the stable and devel a new version.

I won't be the next Linus, but it works for me.

2005 set a record for console game sales while also being one of the worst years ever for PC's for a reason.

PC game sales are in the toilet because there is little innovation. I'd also venture that more PC gamers are adults who don't have as much free time as a college-age or younger console gamer so they don't chew through games as fast.
