"According to the study, north European women evolved blonde hair and blue eyes at the end of the Ice Age to make them stand out from their rivals at a time of fierce competition for scarce males."
A pig will reach an altitude higher than any other unaided flyer in six months time, said a pig spokesporker on Wednesday. "What we're saying is that in six months' time, pigs will be flying higher than all other animals, including birds", said Porky Pig, pig president for life. That timing would more or less coincide with the release of Duke Nuke'em Forever.
A lot of people use their phone as a watch these days, so it would be nice to have the possibiltiy to turn off the phone functionality but keep the clock functionality. Ditto with phones that have cameras, PDA capabilities, etc. That way you could still use them in aircraft, hospitals etc. without having the problems an active phone are supposed to cause.
All the phones I've had are either fuly ON or fully OFF with maybe juts an alarm fucntion being available.
Mine was a VIC-20 with a couple of game cartridges. Soon started typing in games from magazines and learning that way. (In fact, I think I even have issue 1 of Computer and Videogames up in the attic, back in the days when it carried listings for ZX-81, Spectrum, Tandy, Dragon and the good ol' Oric. )
The only problem was that I didn't get a tape deck to save the programs on for about 3 months, so everytime I wanted to play a game I had to type in the code again!
err.. what information would you require for me to jin this chuirch? Are a false name and a false social security nu,ber acceptable? Otherwise I ain't joining!
If you've ever travelled on Virgin trains (assuming you can find one running!) you'd never want to trust the same company to put you into space! If they can't even run a train line what hope do they have of running space flights!
But bear in mind that in the Windows market you'd be competing with hundreds of other gaming products. In the Linux market you would be cometing with far fewer products. So what would be better, 1% of 90% of the market or 50% of 10% of the market?
It's like saying: £1.20 for eggs! For that money I could raise my own chickens & save a few ££s.. £5 for cigarettes! For that money I can grow my own tobacco!
yeah, it's like telling a hooker - "$100 for sex for that money I could... errr... errr... OK, here's the 100 bucks"

and is _personally_ worth $7 to $11 billion dollars.
I'm also worth $7 to $11 billion dollars, it's just that I happen to be closer to the $7 than the $11 billion!
Because idiots keep on giving him money!

It does not mention obvious military applications for the discovery.
Bush sending the 633rd Mouse Squadron to Iraq?
Yeah, like there's no prior art on that one!

Also, as I'm leading to, it would be extremely hard to read
...
You mean like a huge block of text with no line breaks?
Probably more like a Jon Katz article on Slashdot
Because you can't have tea in space?
But you can have something that is almost but not quite exactly unlike
tea!
Does it have to be a game? Would video footage suffice?
;-)
(CGI simulation of course
. Wouldn't it make more sense for GMT to be based on New York (the center of the World Financial System and headquarters of the United Nations)?

On the other hand, it's perhaps the first spam message that I'm disappointed that I can't read the body of the message.
Help! I'm drowning !!
Or to put it more succintly: "With great power comes great responsibility"
