I'm waiting for "The Baritones" an Italian Immigrant singing group with ties to the mob , making their way up the charts with less that honest methods. Trouble ensues when the tenor of the group falls for a bass and the plot turns fishy.
I some how doubt it, this is MSFT after all. This looks like window dressing. If somebody is lulled into a false sense of security , so much the better. In a year or two we may know if this is sincere. I doubt it.
Now I can figure IE is running on a MSFT product, but Firefox is a little more eclectic. So is this a problem with Firefox on Linux, and on what flavor?
No matter what you run and how much , in ten years you will want something diff or more. The world changes. Run from a central location, and I would like more than one run to a room (both sides of the walkway, wires stapled over a doorway are so low tech).
Without being able to reach across layer, linux will never be able to accept viruii/worms like the other well known OS and will therefore remain a niche player. If your browser can infect the kernel the guys in RU just ain't gonna let it happen.
Some will , and mine is sendmail. The in house server is in preliminary design right now, ie "how do we want to do this". The questions right now are "how big hard drives" and "what back up system". The rest of the hardware is on hand except for UPS.
For those to old to remember, the program took you back in history to dramtize some event. It was portrayed as current news. Sort of like this article.

Consider: The energy (and funds) spent on this museum are not being spent on ...
getting school board members elected etc.
Consider:Is this Museum going to change anyones mind? They are preaching to the choir.

This is something I am going to worry about for a minute portion of a nanosecond.

The moderator might examine the subject (sense of humor).
It has been found to be useful , even in real life circumstances.
NB: As a start to developing a sense of humour(ease into it) , you might begin by reading the works of Camus.
This is kind of like finding out the Pope's wife is having an abortion.
First glimpse it is the Coast Guard.
Those people who grew up with out the draft it must be computer graphics.
The other guy who mentioned rootkits got labeled "troll". All I get is "flamebait".
I soooo wanted to be a troll... sigh
Who said it had to be fair?
There's no "fairness" clause on your birth certificate.
and will it install a rootkit on my computer?
EOM
"This vehicle does not run on food"
Why does this look like stirring the pot. No real info , same stuff thrown to the masses again.
Can you you say "repackaging".

Maybe the author has not yet discovered "Why We Buy".
A cruise thru "The Power of Persuasion" by Robert Levine
might also be enlightning.
Because it's in Oregon. He just discovered it is a neat and groovy place and is even part of the US. He just wanted to share.
NB: A trick question. In what country is "New Mexico"?
