    They aren't private in Dallas... the companies have paid Texas for the right to 'manage' and toll for 25 or 50 years with rights to raise tolls 10% per year or some insane amount.

  9. Cricket is the 3rd priority tier for AT&T. I tried it, and had tons of problems with messages not going through, or calls not ringing through. Dropped it after about 1 month. AT&T Go is their 2nd tier, and I find it much better QOS than Cricket.

    Poverty leading to moving only works where there is somewhere to go that isn't suffering the same problem. The parent post would imply this issue is across the entire U.S. Credit card interest, college costs, energy costs all are up reducing purchasing power overall. But, at the same time, everybody wants internet, cell phone, and cable, all luxury items, but which costs significantly more than they used to.

    They've started to solder the memory onto the motherboard, so you can't upgrade any longer.. I 'almost' switched to make about a year ago, and this kept me from crossing over. Now I just run Mint on a nice dell business laptop.

  14. I'm building motorized blinds in very high wall in my living room using Moteino wireless devices and will emulate Wemo devices. It will allow me to lower/rise them with voice commands through Alexa. Otherwise, I'd need to use my phone or tablet, etc.

    https://data.bls.gov/timeserie... already provides a good starting number, you don't have to pull one out of thin air. From this chart... with filtered US people, has participation rate of 62.7, which means 37.3 are NOT participating. Why don't you start from that number first?

    I have a couple Insignia flex tables where the batteries won't hold a charge. I can't find a replacement battery of a similar size and capacity that doesn't require bulk purchase on alibabba. I just bought a new HD fire instead.
