Well not with apple. Apple send the raw AAC stream to the headphones for them to decompress and play. Sony's high end ones support it too. The problem becomes that if your music is coming from Spotify, Google or Pandora, they are sent to the headphones by SBC (the lowest quality bluetooth codec) . On android, some manufacturers have added Apt-X or LDAC encoding, so the stream sent to the headphones is higher quality. You're still experiencing encoding artifacts from what ever the music is encoded with plus what ever the encoding is for the stream to the headphones. I'm using LDAC on android 8.0 and I can't hear the artifacts from the codec, but other's might.
They had a great eye for visuals all the way around. The Designers Repubic artwork really made those Wipeout games special (that and the amazing sound tracks). Hell, Wipeout Pure was the main reason I bought a PSP.

To be honest, thats why I like it so much. Almost all of the UI is hidden normally, but available quickly with a quick click. There is definately room for improvement, but its minimalism under normal circumstances is one of the big selling points.
I can't imagine that the labor costs even remotely justify even the cash price for these. I just got custom remolding for some canalphones for around $200 dollars. And I know damned well there isn't more than $500 worth of electronics in most hearing aids.
Singapore's airport is one of the best I have ever flown through, but the new Hong Kong airport beats it hands down. Both are infinitely better than any airport I have used in the US.
My wife has permanent residency here in the US and I am a citizen . We used to be able to go through border control together and she was treated quite well. Now, she has to be fingerprinted (the fact that her fingerprints are already on file with immigration, has been through the interview process for permanent residency seem to make no difference).
I have permanent residency in her country, Singapore, as well. When we enter or exit Singapore, its quick and easy. Even before I had PR status, it was easier to get in and out of the country as a tourist than it was to get in and out of the US as a citizen. Land of the Free, my ass.
uh, the actual makers of the show got paid more by Comedy Central than they did from Adult Swim, thats why Futurama switched. I like Adult Swim too, but I'd rather have the shows creators paid better than hold some allegiance to a tv network brand.
Then kick the christian guilds out too. I don't want their religion in the game either. Same if an Islamic, Jewish, Buddhist, or Flying Spaghetti Monster guild starts advertising too. Till then, this was just plain a dumb move by Blizzard.
Intel's strong suit right now is its laptop processors, and who buys those at retail? AMD's strong suit are desktop processors, which are what people put into home built computers.
I just got back from a trip from the US to Singapore and back. I got a good 6 or 7 hours out of it on the plane, the two handhelds you compare the PSP to could barely last 2 hours. I have both the PSP and the DS, and yeah, the DS lasts longer on a charge than the PSP, but it isn't orders of magnitude better than its competition. My take on em, I like em both. The DS has some wonderfully inventive games, Kirby and Meteos are both excellent and loads of fun. The PSP has WipeOut Pure, Ridge Racer, and Lumines which are all excellent as well. Right now the DS is riding high with the big releases like Kirby, Meteos, and Advance Wars, but you'll see another wave of high class PSP titles soon. Burnout Legends in particular seems like it will be a great title.
I would like to kick the person who is in charge of Texas Instruments calculators in the genitals repeatedly. These damned things haven't increased in processing power, display or anything to warrant the price that they get for these damned things. They do the same thing they did 10 years ago and they haven't dropped in price.
I'm with you there, the audio keys work with iTunes as well, and the short cut keys are wonderful. I'm still trying to get it properly use the keys in KDE, and I don't even know where to start with as far as making keyboard scroll wheel work. Works great in windows and mac OSX though.
What support for the DS are you talking about? Its been out since November and we have a crippled Mario 64 version, and an underwelming version of WarioWare. Thats about it. OK Feel the Magic is kinda cool, but the software definately wasn't ready when the console shipped.
I'd agree with that, especially for the environments this gets used in. The color screen in my cellphone is almost unreadable in direct sunlight. If it werent for the monochome external screen, it would be a big problem.
EA will make a bunch of games for the XBox2, so will Take Two, but the real question is what sort of support will the japanese developers like Konami, Square Enix, and Sega will do with it. Remember, that in the past generation, Sega is the only one who has done any serious XBox only developement. As far as comparing the Dreamcast to XBox 2, nope, sorry. Microsoft's name in the gaming realm is improving, not like Sega with 3 failed console/console addon's in a row. The other thing with the DC was there were alot of great games, but they were all made by Sega. There were very few really great 3rd party games for it. Microsoft, however, with the exception of Bungie, is almost completely dependant upon 3rd party developers.
I didn't pre-order, one of the Best-Buy's in Oklahoma City had them out, so I grabbed one with Madden and Mario 64x4. So far I really like it, the Metroid demo is excellent, Mario 64 gets alot better once you get used to using the thumb pad on the touch screen, and Madden feels like N64/PS1 era football. The only problem is wrestling it away from my wife who is seriously addicted to Mario games.
The rumor was that Raciot was Bush's first choice for the office in 2000. He turned it down which is why we got Mr. Cooking Oil who lost to a dead man in an election.
The only carrier who will touch 900/1800/1900 phones is T-Mobile. Cingular/ATTWS haven't used a non-850MHz phone for a long time. So while you might see it here, the chances of picking it up at the reduced price that carriers charge for phones is slim.
Terry probably should have been gone after the disaster that was the 2002 election. He wasn't made head of the DNC till Feb. 2001. Those of us who were Howard Dean supporters have always wanted his head on a platter anyways. As far as the Hillary in 2008, I pay those rumors about as much attention as a Fox News article about Kerry's Manicure. Who knows who will make it through the primaries in 4 years. After three fiasco elections in a row, anyone in the democratic leadership needs to be viewed as living on borrowed time.

Actually, they group lines into Citizen/PR and everyone else. Still they have an excellent setup.

Blackberry used to be MiniUSB, they now use MicroUSB. Plantronics Headsets seem to have made the switch to Micro as well.

They did bring back Ren and Stimpy a few years ago. It sucked.

When did Rick Berman get a Slashdot account?

Walmart has Firefly for less than $20 right now. Just picked it up myself.

Terry McAulliff will almost have to be fired as head of the DNC.
