  1. Just open the browser you want to use on Mozilla CEO: Windows 10 Strips User Choice For Browsers and Other Software · · Score: 1

Open Firefox, Chrome, or whatever browser you prefer. When asked if you want to make it your default, say yes. Two more clicks and your choice is now the default. I set up three PC's with Windows 10 in the last 2 days. Setting Chrome as the default took about 30 seconds each. This is a one time setting change and is not hidden at all. The head of Mozilla seems uninformed or looking for publicity, which he freely received.

I don't think the strains that survive an incomplete round of antibiotics have mutated. They are simply the strongest ones that are now given a chance to multiply, since someone didn't take their complete prescription. These stronger bacteria can now be exposed to more antibiotics and the strongest again survive and reproduce. Soon we have antibiotic resistant bacteria strains that otherwise would have been a tiny percentage of the population. They haven't "learned" anything. It's survival of the fittest only.

This is what will happen if the high quality concrete highway system in Iowa is allowed to degrade where they aren't deemed "important". I''d fight to prevent this as you don't want Iowa to head down any path that leads to Illinois style governance and nasty local and county road systems.
