I haven't used the BPI one yet, but I use RIAAradar all the time. My advice, for what it's worth, is to support the independant labels by buying their stuff. On the other hand, if you want a physical copy of a RIAA/BPI album, consider buying it used.
I'll just step in here for a short rant about the German dubbing for Futurama: it sucks big time. Not the voice actors, they do a fine job. But the translation is horrible. They apparently don't even bother to research the geek references. They even translated Dungeons & Dragons literally ("Drachen und Verliese"), even though D&D is still known as D&D in Germany. It really hurts the show.
Of course, you are right, but you cannot prevent logging on the chat partner's computer regardless of what IM software you are using. If your chat partner can read it, he is able to log it.
1. You can choose whether gmail logs your chats when you first use the feature, and you can change this option in the settings menu at any time.
2. There is even a feature that let's you get "off the record" during a chat. So even if you're having logging enabled, you can go "off the record" during a chat, and what you type afterwards will neither be logged in your gmail account, nor in your chat partner's gmail account.
Do we HAVE to invent new contorted words for every variation of everything these days? Podjacking? Webinar? Blogosphere, podosphere? Vlog? Moblogging? I'm in pain here!
Other more mundane issues are losing friends and relationships because you told them you were visiting a sick relative but XBOX Live tells them you were at home playing Forza Motorsport.
Um, how about not lying in the first place? Would you lose friends if you would tell them that you want to play video games tonight? Time to find some friends that are more tolerant about your hobby.
(BTW I'm serious and this is not meant as a flame.)
Here's an easy way to figure out if an album is a release...
from a BPI label:
BPI Radar
from a RIAA label:
RIAA Radar

Haha.
You can search myspace with google already.
Do you mean adding site:myspace.com to your google search parameters?
I'm not aware of an "insite" parameter.
The current "search function" of myspace is so bad that it is practically unusable.
You're far better off using google with site:myspace.com in addition to your search parameters.

I gotta agree, Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil is really a kick-ass 2D style platformer.
That's not funny. It's true.

Can I use this as a band name?
I'm in Germany and I use Coral Cache to bypass these restrictions. It's not perfect, but a workaround.
YouTube just works.

Sounds good to me.
I, for one, welcome our new galactic neighbors!
Politicians don't say what makes sense. They say whatever gets them the most votes.
Am I the only one that does not like the new Soul Calibur III graphics style?
I'm not trying to flame here, it's a serious question. I liked the style of SC2 much better. SC3 graphics look more like a kids cartoon.

I think the term you are looking for is iPain.

How can a post including this sentence be modded +5 Insightful?
That's my birthday =) Coming up with a wishlist next year will be really easy ;)
Anyone else wondering why this is moderated funny and not insightful? Actually, it's not that insightful, it should be common sense.
