The concept of God is good in principle, but tends to get muddled up by the Fanatics. If you steer clear of them (which is hard these days) you'll be okay.
Funny how people must be indoctrinated into beliefs that you do not (no longer) share. That leaves the inference that one must become enlightened to throw off the shackles of ignorance.
I'm definitely interested to see this play out in court... it'll be an extremely interesting legal battle, whether or not it sets any precedents or changes anything for anyone.
Then what is the point of the whole exercise, other than waste peoples time and money?
Yes they are. Right below my SiteKey is the following instruction:
If you don't recognize your personalized SiteKey,
don't enter your Passcode.
What they heck else is BofA supposed to do if their users cannot follow the most basic instruction. This has nothing to do with knowing the inner workings of your automobile or BofA's system. They don't have to. They need to be able to read and follow a simple instruction (which was explained fully when they set up their SiteKey to begin with).
I didn't see in the article -- did they teleport the "macroscopic atomic object containing thousands of billions of atoms" (read -- the hostesses undergarments) 1/2 meter to the left or right?
Didn't Google just try to go through this fight? What is the big deal? Ask Coke or Kleenex or Band Aid if the genericizations of their names has hurt their brand.
Not to sound like one of those "When I was a kid" whiners, but... When I was a kid I had a huge box of that orange hot wheels track that lasted for years. I came across it while cleaning out some stuff in the attic and it is still in great shape. Thank goodness for a time before everything had to be biodegradable. My 6 year old loves it.
I used to drink 3-4 20oz Pepsi Ones per day, but I gave up soda for lent. Now, my routine is 5-6 cups of green tea before lunch and 2-3 64 ounce tumblers of ice water after. Haven't gone back to soda since and haven't missed it, either.
I thought they released that in 1995?!?
You're right -- the concept of God does seem irrelevant in this context - fanatics sound the same on either side of the belief.
Does banked blood last longer than a DVD-backup?

What color is the sky on the planet Smug?
Why does it concern Kevin Moore and/or Jim Matheos anyway?
Since you installed Linux you obviously were not using the Vista-certified Display Hinge driver. Serves you right, commie.
In the 70s we could get an arm, two legs, and an eye for only $6 million.

More annoying are the automated phone systems that make you talk to them.

Oh, wait... Nevermind.

Looking at the logo, it should be called the Firefox Mars Lander.
100s of brilliant scientists... And 3 stupid ones.

What, did the Wired editors forget how to convert units, too?!? How can this not be on the list?

Wow is right. Now, remember there was someone standing where the webcam is on the day of the Big One.
Maybe they need some network ready servers, first.
