In the US it seems many prosecutors will prosecute to the maximum, even if they think there's a large possibility the defendant is innocent or acted with little or no malicious intent.
There's there's the way they use the threat of mandatory minimums to get the defendant to plead out on the condition of snitch testimony on whatever amount of people are required, all just to run a snitch snowball to get bonuses based on forfeiture values. Look at Tulia, Texas (or was it Union, Alabama) where it seemed that that just about every black family that owned property was dragged up by the snitch snowball & got forfeitured to buggery - with no evidence what so ever except snitch testimonies forced out of people via the threat of mandatory life sentences (Coke was found in only 2 of the hundreds of families the LEOs ransacked. Even then that tiny amount of coke found matched Coke used by a paid freelance undercover cop in a previous operation)). In Western Europe the vast majority of them would not even have been facing doing any time at all, hypothetically.
You know that even with China having at least 3 to 4 times the population of the US, the US both incarcerates v& executes more people than China does, thats by the total number, NOT per capita. BTW per capita the only place with a higher incarceration rate than the US is the West Bank or Gaza (I can't remember which Palestinian Territory was mentioned when I read that).
It's ridiculous when you see so many houses with brick fireplaces, 3 sides of which are external of the houses they're heating. Architects that design houses with fireplaces like that should be rounded up & shot; well at least made to drive cabs instead.
As illegal as guessing the number code on the front door of a house with a number code door lock, then walking in & taking photos of any photos found in the house in RAW mode before leaving (or running the photos through a battery powered high res scanner, then putting them back), which means a crime of common"trespassing" at most. Actually in a significant percentage of common-law jurisdictions it wouldn't even be a crime of trespass unless there's a "no trespassing" sign on the front door or one in the front yard that's easily visible to anyone approaching the front door.
It's totally ridiculous for a cyber crime to have a penalty that's the same as it's equivalent real world crime, let alone to have a penalty that's significantly greater.
The US has more people in jail than China & executes more people than the Chinese too. I'm speaking in total. BTW China has 3 to 4 times the population of the US too.
& it's even prescribed in Switzerland for the treatment of opioid dependence, not just extreme pain. When the prescription heroin program was expanded more or less across the nation, it had such a effect on minimising certain crimes that certain insurance premiums went down in prrice too.
I suggest you do a Google search for diacetylmorphine. Diacetylmorphine is the pharmaceutical name for heroin ('heroin' being the propriety trademark name Bayer gave diacetylmorphine). diacetylmorphine is still a legal prescription medication in many countries, including the UK & Canada.
Fact is that fructose is nearly twice as sweet as sucrose, meaning a drink sweetened with fructose has not much more than half the total amount of sugar than a drink sweetened with sucrose (to the same level of sweetness), which breaks down to 50:50 glucose:fructose. Surely a volume of drink with 55 grams of fructose is healthier than a similar volume of drink with 100 grams of sucrose instead (everything else is equal), especially when that sucrose breaks down to being 50 grams of glucose & 50 grams of fructose, nearly the same amount of fructose plus nearly the same amount of another sugar too.
She was launched in 1916 (middle of WWI), complete with a flight deck for both landing & taking off. Traditionally most naval historians consider the Furious the beginning of the 'conventional aircraft carrier'. She was so successful that her sister ships, Courageous & Glorious, were converted to carriers in the immediate post-WWI period.
No one gets real withdrawal after just 3 days use. Even the come-down from Crystal Meth is just a delayed side effect, analogous to a hang-over after a alcohol binge, rather than withdrawal to dependence/addiction (which in regards alcohol is the DTs)
Mind you the major difference between the addict personality & others, is that addict personalties think they're hooked after 2 or 3 days use when they're not, & the mind is such a strong thing that it creates a false reality to match their thinking. So if you really did think you were hooked & had withdrawals after just 2 days, you made the right choice to stay away, because odds on you could be high risk of being a addict in the making.

No wonder their kids do stupid things, the parents are plain stupid themselves.
There's something to be said for a welfare bonus for sterilisation

3d printed guns are purely ornamental
The main source for illegally owned firearms is the stockpile of legally owned firearms
It's quite thicker
Remember Israel was even caught out dealer arms to both sides in the Sri Lankan civil war at the same time.
Do you note a contradiction there mate?
After all look at Obama's love of the "Arab Spring"
But for Zionism there would be no Arab/Israeli conflict
Yes going by the test there is a suggestion of Irish locality, but It seems it was composed by a Yank to me.
I thought it was fake too. Reminded me of made up journo crap straight away, like half the shit found in any Murdoch rag & in many other rags too.
QNX/BB10 has the potential to be the best ever mobile phone OS. Of course that means close to naught in regards market-share in the tech world.

BTW, It seems some out there claim sucrose & fructose are poisonous sweeteners too.
Or Eurail?
I suggest you try a train next time.
