I bought a Clie SJ120 last weekend - was shopping the low-end, looked at a Palm Zire for $100. Dog slow, 2MB of memory and no backlight(?!) Found the Clie a couple of steps away, with an super-bright backlight, faster performance, and 16MB of memory for only $30 more than the Zire. Loving it!
Where did you read that?? Last time I was in a naval reactor plant (1991, USS Theodore Roosevelt), the reactors heated water that was then circulated through a steam generator which created steam that was then carried outside of the reactor compartment to (among other things) turn a steam turbine that turned a main engine that moved the ship. That's pretty much how naval reactors work.
Heh... the other night I was flipping through TV channels and found myself really wanting to open a channel in a new tab. Is this what they mean by "convergence", or should I just fork out the $ for a PiP TV?
You think that's odd? I've got a co-worker who pronounces EVERY three-letter file extension as though it was a word. "BMP" = "bump"... "DBF" = "dibbif".. you get the idea. I've been thinking about getting him a Mac just so he'd run out of things to say.
I believe I speak for the rest of America when I say: "How dare they have a good time!"
Hey, I'm not saying that people, you, and the rest of America shouldn't be allowed to do whatever the hell they want to do at Burning Man. I'm just saying it's not for me and I'm glad I didn't waste the money on it.
The artistic side of Burning Man is such bullshit. It's like any other post-modern gathering, it's based on drugs and fucking.
thanks for sparing me the need to say that. I used to believe I wanted to go to Burning Man, until I saw my friend's video from BM 2001. Nothing but babbling idiots on ecstacy and nonstop thumping goddamn club music. Kinda glad I skipped it!

... try Outlook Web Access, or maybe just have them use Outlook in a Terminal Services session. Either way is a hell of a lot faster than accessing the mailbox directly over dialup.
... if you did, you'd remember how the Six Million Dollar Man kicked the venus Probe's ass!
Death Probe, part 1
Death Probe, part 2
The Death Probe!

I just ditched Cloudmark Spamnet and replaced it with SpamBayes, and I'm not looking back. SpamBayes is working as well as Spamnet ever did!
The initial setup of SpamBayes was slightly more involved than Spamnet's, but once you get past that initial step, SpamBayes is a no-brainer to use.
Aside from production and marketing, there is no overhead for the producers. (emphasis added by me)
So just what SHOULD the producers be paying for, if not the production?
It's a work in progress, but it's there (link)

Seriously, I want to know. Because if it's MY bank, our relationship is over.
I mean, Access - come ON!
"view-source in a tab, rather than open a new window"
I'm pretty sure that MultiZilla will let you do that.
As long as the panel is based on an RSS feed, you can make it into a sidebar at the following URL:

enjoy
Also - you can add your Yahoo bookmarks to the Mozilla sidebar using the following procedure:

Works for me :-)
Moz has keyword bookmarks - click here for more info.

well, it certainly isn't Stallman's Razor...
A friend of mine has designed and manufactured a backlight/touchsceen upgrade for the MP2x00 - see http://www.adago.net for more info.

If you're referring to the PrefBar component, try pressing F8 to toggle it.
Winamp, Mozilla, and now THIS?? You're gonna look might silly when your face doesn't match the remaining native widgets on the rest of your body.
