    Possibly because you can share a PC/Laptop, but not so much a Phone? Perhaps because you replace a phone more frequently than you do your home PC?

    There is 1 (one) other government, and its views on space align very closely with the current government, ie, good in theory, but not a quick enough return on investment to bee seen in our term (turn?) in power.

    I don't see how anyone can complain. Either way the vulnerability isn't shared with the public. The only downside I see is that between one security resercher finding the vulnerability, and the demonstration of it at the contest, there's a chance of another less noble person finding the same vulnerability and exploiting it for nefarious reasons.

    1. We're afraid that ebooks, and the ease with which people can distribute pirate copies, are affecting our profits.

    2. People are beginning to realise that the books are not good enough to hold the reader's attention when there are better/more interesting things to take their attention away.

    Could be another answer. I don't see any mention as to whether it tracked what addons/extensions were in use at the time, but this is something that could easily be gamed.
