    Well Samsung is out for me. They release buggy phones and then never upgrade them. The Samsung Droid Charge has been the worst phone I've ever owned in my life. I'm done with Samsung

    My Samsung Droid Charge has managed to corrupt several different SD cards over a one year period. You can Google it to see just how many Android users have had microSD issues

    And don't forget they got rid of new every 2, got rid of 1 year contracts, and started charging an upgrade fee. Verizon has been doing everything they can lately to shaft their customers

    I looked at one of the LED bulbs in Home Depot. The store claimed 40 years on their little shelf promo. The box said something like 20 years. And the fine print warranty said 3 years. So the manufacturer only has enough faith in their product to warrant it for 3 years and they want me to spend $40 on it. I don't think so

    And there are also customers who get the DVD and leave it sitting on the shelf for weeks until they watch it. It no doubt all equals out with those customers counter-balancing the ones who send the DVDs back the same day
