Let's see:
"all the features that you had there (such as Media Center) come along for the ride"
"unless you plan to go from 32-bit Windows 7 to 64-bit Windows 8...then you have to start from scratch"
I am wondering if such a device will be able to be used as a media center extender, and how that would tie into their strategy of allowing media center to languish and die
Well Samsung is out for me. They release buggy phones and then never upgrade them. The Samsung Droid Charge has been the worst phone I've ever owned in my life. I'm done with Samsung
My Samsung Droid Charge has managed to corrupt several different SD cards over a one year period. You can Google it to see just how many Android users have had microSD issues
And don't forget they got rid of new every 2, got rid of 1 year contracts, and started charging an upgrade fee. Verizon has been doing everything they can lately to shaft their customers
No it is:
1) Subscribe to their service
2) Try to leave
3) Early termination fee? $350? Seriously?
4) Wait 2 years
5) Leave
6) Oh it's 2 years later...nobody cares about the higher fees anymore
I've seen Home Depot and K-Mart do this...possibly Lowes too. I just pick up a new one...I don't want one that has obviously been opened and taped back
I looked at one of the LED bulbs in Home Depot. The store claimed 40 years on their little shelf promo. The box said something like 20 years. And the fine print warranty said 3 years. So the manufacturer only has enough faith in their product to warrant it for 3 years and they want me to spend $40 on it. I don't think so
This is perhaps a stupid question because I don't know much about this area or base. But I know they just finished building an ice road - why is that not an option?

And there are also customers who get the DVD and leave it sitting on the shelf for weeks until they watch it. It no doubt all equals out with those customers counter-balancing the ones who send the DVDs back the same day
Oh no they will work on it at least until the next president and congress is elected...then they will scrap it and come up with something else to start and abandon
It is but you have to reboot into a special mode that allows installing unsigned drivers

Oh yes...very unclear

Interesting as their FAQ says that all 4 must be at the same address (although maybe not if it is a corporate account) http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_rel_topic?ie=UTF8&nodeId=13819201

And who defines pretty? I think the fake wood look of the Kindle Fire interface is hideous...but that is just me

The Lynx was too expensive for the time, and I belive it was the last Atari game system made.
Forgetting the Jaguar, aren't we?

Not if you have Verizon's Nationwide Plus Canada plan...then you pay nothing extra when calling in Canada.
I would gladly pay for a nav system if James Earl Jones was giving me directions

I used to watch the same movies over and over and over when I was a kid...like Muppet Movie, etc. and I turned out OK.
You get less if you drop streaming. If you keep 1 DVD plus streaming, it costs more for the same
They were bought by Dish Network - how is that MAFIAA studios?
Oh no they will work on it at least until the next president and congress is elected...then they will scrap it and come up with something else to start and abandon
Because it sure has gotten better under a democratic president... uh huh
Then they pull out their laser or their microwave emitter...
Well, it doesn't have to be a phone. Parents could buy their children android tablets (when they become mainstream)
Cats can respond to their name, but only when they want to.
