In continuation of this line of thought, I am curious about what would happen if the muslim fanatics (euphemism for 'murderers') kill or otherwise harm Matt/ Trey. How would the US respond to that?
A lot of advertising on the web today is unfortunately trying to trick you into clicking on it or invoking itself in an unsolicited manner. Look at the way these iphone apps have abused ads in their interfaces- they are placed so that you touch them by mistake. That's one good thing about iAd- If they get ads like what they showed in the demo I think that'd be really cool and convert much better into sales
That's the problem with the majority of people on Slashdot. They don't know what *normal people* are like, because most of their interaction is with smart people who make up a minuscule population.
Try observing how normal people do things on computers. Then come back and re-read what I wrote.
If the chinese are stupid and ready to work for anything, have weak laws that don't protect employees, fuck around with the workers.. why should WE care- that's China's problem, and they are crying to the WRONG people. 15 hours a day- Isn't that the way software/game development is done as well? Either accept reality or quit whining.
Too bad Trent Foley of St Louis just admitted his guilt on the internets about his traffic violation. I wonder if it could be useful in the impending case?

And you're a clueless, naive idiot. You have no idea how software is actually designed. Each of these feature has strategy behind it. Another example is that Chrome Adblock just hides ads, so that it still appears to be a 'hit' to the ad.
Yes, you're missing something and are prolly a Chrome apologist. Why should you need to turn OFF the feature completely. If they implemented it like FF or IE8, you could have it both ways.
