    I had an casual friend at University who inherited a lot (between 10-50 million USD) while at university.

    This was in the late 1970's

    He took his best college buddy (also dorm room buddy) and bought a house on the beach in Hawaii, where he dedicated his life to surfing, and, er, other activities.

    it:s a ratio 9:1 ... 20:1 whatever.

    I would be more likely to trust s smaller ISP to have lower ratios.

    I use todo internet provisioning at MCI. It's scary what a marketing run company can shovel off on it's customers. I swear some of their access points were oversubscribed way into the 50:1 range. The only way you'd get true speed of those was to measure early Christmas morning.

    well, in that case your destination is one of enlightenment, not a physical destiantion. Much like someone doing pure science research, or a monk in a monestary.

    If you destination is one of enlightenment, then exploring interesting things along the way is, in fact, multiple mini-goals.

    Video shot mostly in Japan... showed as being a hot idem for wifes whos husbands had a tendency to, er, stray...this way they knew if the hubbies were at work, or some bar.....

    They also pointed out how (with two cell phones) you have have a cheap James Bond like tracking device [Turn one on; toss it into someones car; then track on your second cell phone]

    I remember thinking (when I started contract programming 15 years ago) when I got a magnetic badge and a pager...ooo, I'm just like the Bears on National Geographic !! I have an eartag and a homing collar !!

    I discarded the cellphone for good in 1998 and have never been happier.

    Next I look for a job at a small company which doesn't need eartags.

    These companies *choose* which models to sell in which markets (omiting safety, emitions regs)
