    Just upgrade to decent browser, Youtube supports HTML5 video
    As workaround - flashblock could help, but it's now possible to survive without flash completely.

    Doesn't the cell have to know which phones are in it's range?
    Do you propose to broadcast all called and caller numbers over the whole country?
    And what about roaming? Let's broadcast every call attempt to every country?

    There is GPL software with dual licenses, for example Digium owns full copyright on Asterisk, so they are both selling it for commercial use as well as distributing under GPL. They would have no problem licensing it for app store.

    The point is that all the contributors have to sign and grant permission to Digium for re-licensing purposes.

    The another case was in LV, but the person "hacking URL" of tax database is still waiting for trial. And the hack was basically:

    I gues, it says it supports 32bit, so that should be pretty obvious. I wonder about 16bit version however.. As Windows 3.0 binaries should be compiled in 16 bit, and it's not released (only 32bit and 64bit huh), how it's going to run?

    Yes, some people even use Insert and Delete above arrows, however stupid keyboard makers have figured out that they aren't necessary there.. So it's hard to buy top quality keyboard with useful arrangement.

    However it could be configured in OS to disable the key by default

    Not really, in country where I live there is such term as seductive behavior, so if girl touches your intimate parts then she shouldn't wonder that you are having sex.     Everybody are used to paying for pipes of internet.. It's called business now.

    Initially Internet was just between few universities, so nobody paid for that. Just lay down the cable and maintain your equipment. Now we have to pay...

    Google could just as well ask british ISPs to pay for being accessed, and prioritizing their traffic :p
