You think it's funny? I think it's deceptive and downright sociopathic. Does anyone screen these politicians? Interview them? Oh...wait..we voted for them.
Use Notepad++ and have a web server running on your local machine. Code, refresh, code, refresh. Dreamweaver was a dead-end evolutionary branch of web development.
I posit that anyone wanting a free letter from Santa (the king of "Freemium" - he brings you free shit every year) is a demanding person by nature if they expect so much free shit in their lives anyway. His business model merely attracted materialistic jerks who demand free shit once a year anyway.
Plus, he used comic sans on his website. That always attracts the worst customers.
I always wondered if Verizon created/destroyed it's $2 "fee processing fee" for the same small reason: to create at least one positive feeling for a giant faceless person...oops...corporation.
yssh shhirr I've p_ssed me pants, sh_t me drawers an' c'n not stannup, but why me carss takin' me SOUTHBOUND IN A NORTHBOUND INTERSTATE LANE!!! FUUU*smash*
Cars controlled by computers and networked = cars hacked and crashed.
That was a bit of a leap. Besides, folks DEPEND on their cars, too. Public transit comes with a chauffeur so you're free to sip champagne or red bull or whatever. I posit that it can be free-er than driving as long as public transit is timely and goes the places you want to go. I appreciate your zero-sum argument method, though. Works great on FauxNews. Thanks for discussing!

Update
A judge has ruled that Bloomberg cannot lawfully evict protesters from Zuccotti Park and has issued a temporary restraining order against New York City. The order allows the protesters to return to the park until after a hearing on the matter today at 11:30 a.m.

military industrial complex bot must perpetuate itself
I know I'm not the first to say: "capitalism killed communism, and now it's killing democracy."

Sounds like they took "firewall" a bit literally. Silly Taliban.
Standing-heighth desks!!! Changed my "crap, gotta sit on my ass all day" life.
science that we don't want in the public domain
If science is our current empirical understanding of the nature of reality, then, by definition, isn't it already in the public domain? /ducks
How about just slow things down a bit and increase the illusion of danger instead of the illusion of safety?*

Hell, this is why I don't drive on the interstate: folks are doing this while driving at 70mph.

Just get us self-driving cars already so that this and a number of related problems go away.
Aye! Or please dramatically increase available public transportation: you can talk, text, sext, sexy-talk, read, whatever. Ultimate freedom!

I see now this fact is in the TFA, also. I could reach the other links as they were busy being /.'ed.
